“This is a very fun place. The beers and drinks are literally half price than every bar in downtown Sanford. Thus the reason they are always busy and fun. They have touchtunes, a DJ, karaoke on Wednesday, Poker tournaments... and this list goes on. I always end up here as this has become my go-to. The food is a step above dive-bar bar food.“
“Tim and Eds’ Park Dive is the local place! Clean and friendly, “dive” is definitely tongue in cheek. Small without being cramped, you are immediately welcomed in like a friend and neighbor. There is a well-tended outside area with plenty of seating and occasional events. Prices are great but eat before you get here ‘cause there is no food. There is a nice selection of domestic a local craft beers and wines (but no liquor). Sports on tv and video games are there for entertainment, but conversation runs easy here and it’s a relaxing time.“

“Thirsty Whale is amazing! Best drinks and bartenders in Lake Mary! Shannon and David took amazing care of us every time we come in! This bar is an EVERYONE WELCONE kind of bar. I highly recommend stopping in! Dont listen to the nasty review by the disgruntled previous customer who got kicked out for good reasons. “Great Mexican food and drinks in a fun, energetic environment. We were greeted even before we could open the door. Our party came in two groups, so the grabbed space at the bar until the whole party got there. The bartenders were very friendly and quick on the service front. Once we moved to the table, our server was attentive, but not pushy. We wanted some time to chat and catch up, so we were a little slow to order. Again the service was on point. The Assistant General Manager, Mr. Morris, stopped by to check on us during our dinner, and we had nothing but compliments. Oh, ask for the really hot sauce, if you like heat!“
“This is a 5 star dive bar. Has exactly what u want, cheap beer and clean bathrooms. Only place in town with $10 buckets still, less if you're early. Smoking is permitted, and the price allows you to look past cosmetic concerns. They have cheap bar food but if you're picky, eat before you come.“

“If you’re lucky enough to have Jay as your server, congratulations - you’ve already won dinner before the food even arrives.
We came to F&D Steakhouse for a work dinner expecting a great meal, but Jay turned it into an experience I will remember. He was attentive without hovering, genuinely funny without trying too hard, and somehow knew exactly when to check on us. We even got to learn a little about him, which made the evening feel personal instead of just another night out.
The food was outstanding (compliments to the kitchen!), but Jay was the highlight of the night. He has that rare ability to make every table feel like they’re his favorite guests. By the end of the evening, it felt less like we’d been served by a waiter and more like we’d spent dinner with an old friend who just happened to know the menu inside and out.
Jay, thanks for making our work dinner one we’ll actually remember for all the right reasons. We’ll definitely be back, and next time I’m requesting “Jay’s section” before I even look at the menu!
