“I went there last night and the little girl was so sweet my sub was perfect. I have an autistic son and he’s a picky eater and she made sure the sub was perfect with him making sure it was up to his standards, she was really sweet, understanding and patient with him. Great customer service 100/10 recommend her khloe or cloe sorry I don’t know how it’s spelled.“

“I don't eat there often, but today I decided to order on line and pick up. I arrived there about 10 minutes after I ordered and went to the counter and waited under the sign. When I walked in I was greeted. The store was busy, very busy, and a crowd gathered under the sign at the counter. An employee by the name of Ivana asked me within a few seconds of standing there what my name was. She checked the tickets and politely and professionally stated with a smile that it should be just a few more minutes. The whole crew was working so hard and diligently to get the orders out. Ivana was so kind and helpful to all who were waiting and working so hard, all with a rarely seen pleasant attitude and demeanor. She was exceptional. When my order was ready she called my name, handed me my bag, and apologized for my wait. She did so with such kindness and caring I was taken back. The whole team seemed to be working very well together and Ivana actually seemed like she enjoyed being there. A complete breath of fresh air! I am impressed! What a blessing Ivana was!“

“I recently decided to give this Charlie’s Cheesesteaks & Wings a try since it’s close to my house, and I’m so glad I did. I honestly wasn’t expecting to be this impressed, but from my very first visit they completely exceeded my expectations.

The employees are some of the friendliest and most welcoming people I’ve come across in a long time. Everyone is polite, patient, and genuinely seems to care about providing great customer service. It’s refreshing to walk into a restaurant where the staff greets you with a smile and makes you feel appreciated as a customer.

The food has been outstanding every single time. Everything is always made fresh, prepared correctly, and tastes amazing. Whether it's the cheesesteaks, wings, or fries, you can tell they take pride in what they serve. My orders have always been accurate, the food is hot when I receive it, and the quality has been consistently excellent.

It's becoming harder and harder to find restaurants that deliver both great food and exceptional customer service, but this Charlie's does both. The entire team deserves recognition for the job they're doing. They have definitely earned a regular customer, and I'll continue recommending this location to my friends and family.

“My boyfriend and I had lunch at this store and had a great experience. We were immediately greeted with smiles as soon as we walked in. Madison and Tin (I believe is her name) were both very friendly and their positive energy was infectious! The food was also so fresh and delicious. “Best Subway hands down. Restaurant is always clean and staff is the nicest! The negative reviews on this location are definitely not for this Subway. There are other Subways in the area and by far, this is the best one. The manager even has on their receipt to call them with any problem.“

“ASHLEY does not get enough credit at all nor recognition!!!! She is truly amazing and has absolutely outstanding customer service . She greets everyone as they come in she is never rude to me or anyone from my experiences of being here . No matter if she’s alone on a shift from someone being late or not showing up she still smiles and moves in a consistent speed with a great attitude. I’ve been coming here for a long time and same experience everytime she even remembered how much I missed flat bread. Even though I hadn’t mentioned flat bread in over 6 months she still remembered to tell me as soon as I came in that it was back.
