“Second stop and had to do it as a an early lunch so we could work it in while in the area. I checked my last post and had almost the same thing again. Great menu. Had the Rueben again but this time had the clam chowder and a delicious chocolate malt. Great service and awesome food. Small town nostalgia is the decor, the theme and the way of life here. They call the locals by name and this place is a locals favorite. Highly recommended. Live music while we ate today.“

There was a spot on the floor just to the right of where you check in at that had a sign up saying slippery when wet. Well the floor was dry but in one spot it was very slippery almost as if it was sprayed with armor all and my foot just about slipped out from under me so I waited but no one came to the check in counter. I went to the register where you pay when leaving and told the gentleman there about the floor. Well he thanked me and said he knows exactly where it was when I offered to show him but I kept watching and no one ever came over to do anything about it. I watched to see if he would call anybody but I didn’t see anybody else come over to the spot on the floor. I did watch him however go over to another gentleman that was straightening up stock on the shelves but they just talked about “well I just had somebody…..” so I just walked away feeling disappointed but if he says he knows about it but doesn’t care or do anything about it I just hope that somebody is not walking over there and slip and fall because it wouldn’t have happened if he had done something about it or called for help to have the spot cleaned. Please be careful if walking over there because it might still be dangerous and slippery over there still.“

There was a mix-up on my order she did offer to fix, but I opted to eat my grilled chicken instead of my original order of poblano chicken. Very good chicken, not dry. The food took over 15 minutes to arrive, and the place was not very busy on a Wednesday, but it was worth the wait. The only thing I did not like was the rice, salty. But I would go back. “I take my standard poodle to PetSmart across the parking lot from this restaurant so therefore I decided to try it. I was not disappointed with the food, service or prices. I ordered eggs Benedict classic with potatoes with large OJ. Everything was to perfection and OJ was fresh with pulp as I so love. The waitress came right away as I sat to order, took my drink order and meal order straight away. The place was packed so I did not expect my food to come anytime soon to my surprise it came five minutes later ? everything hot, and OJ ice cold as I like. This will be my go to place when my poodle gets his hair cut every six weeks thank you First Watch. I took pics to post however it doesn't give me options to post ?AMEND: I went April 26th 2024, the food was dry and tasteless. I asked for toast in replacement of the for tortillas you get and they gave me one tiny piece of toast. I asked the waitress so 1 toast but tortillas 4. I won't be going back.
