“We stopped twice at Tailgaterz during Bike Week in Daytona, had a great time and a great meal both stops. The cheeseburger was so good. The first time, we had to get another one just to make sure. It was! The giant cheeseburger with onion rings is highly recommended, their chips are also homemade and mighty good, too. Service is good, and staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They’re inside pool tables and a bar and places to sit when the weather isn’t great, outside is a big covered patio and bar and picnic tables in the grass when the weather is good. Lots of parking, bikers very welcome.“

“The Spott never disappoints with the quality of both the food and the service. On my last visit, the black drum caught locally in Ponce Inlet exceed my previous favorite of lion fish. Their filet is one of the best in town. Whether you are enjoying the “speak easy secrets” atmosphere upstairs for a pre-dinner drink or the vibrant energy of the dining room, it is always on point. The only thing that would improve it would be to expand, add live music and a classy place to dance.“

“We live just down the street from Flagsticks Bar and Grill and the new owner John Springer is a friend. We are very happy with the changes he implemented since taking over. The kitchen is open longer hours than it used to be, the menu has been improved and we find the staff to be very friendly and professional. The looks of the entire place, including the banquet room and the patio, is much better than it used to be. My pet peeve used to be the unpredictable hours of operation. This is no longer the case. We would highly recommend it to anyone.“

“This is cutest place! I visited Daytona Beach for my birthday. I met some friends from out of town that rode on the plane with a guy that recommended this location. Robin and Charlotte waited on us when we visited and we had an amazing time talking with them. We ordered the lobster rolls, Caesar salad, cookies and cream gelato, and key lime pie. The food was amazing!! We’re glad that we made the trip. I’ll definitely be visiting again! If you’re ever in the area, I highly recommend visiting this restaurant!!“

Server Nick was very nice - drink orders and the food itself seemed to take longer than necessary, given the lower head count of diners. The menu was excellent in terms of choices and pricing. The boneless ribs appetizer in the Specials page was outstanding! Tender, tasty and lots! Adding one Side made it a meal. The fried asparagus was killer good! The snapper “catch of the day” was good not great. Nice size, cooked well but overly firm and a tough skin side. The decor, especially the colorful blown glass wall sconces and bowls, is very appealing. And the relative quiet, while due in part to a low turnout, was nice. The check total for four was pleasing. Give Malibu Grille a look - you'll be pleased.“

After Google maps sent me on a wild goose chase & ending up nearly wrecking my bike (due to storm trees being in the bike path)-I ended up at Culver's again 2 days later & once again I was BLOWN AWAY at the service and food! “2nd time here 1st for our friends. Living in West Palm I have excellent restaurants everywhere,SoNapa is included in my assessment. Started with a dirty martini with blue cheese stuffed olives, great. No apps but I had the soup du jour which was sausage and pepper! Never had it and I swear it could of been a sub! I shared my wife's salad which contained the right amount of dressing.
Entrees were the twin beef medallions w/ risotto. I opted for the double cut pork chop. Food was served hot, cooked as ordered and enough to take home leftovers. Coffee and dessert were fine. Throw in a bottle of Cabernet and the evening was perfect.

My partner and I split the southern heap (swapped out the potatoes for fruit), and it was a great portion! The food was delicious, the service was great, (Kelly was our server and she was awesome), and we will definitely be back when we are in town or driving thru! If you live in the area or are just passing thru, you have to stop in and get some delicious country style food.

“Since I live in Ponce Inlet, I've been to Down the Hatch many times and have always found their seafood to be so fresh all the time. This time I had my sons visiting me from St. Louis, they wanted to eat at the best restaurant for seafood, and of course, we went right here and it didn't disappoint. They especially loved the shecrab soup with the sherry on the side. It was scrumptious. Their dinners were wonderful, as well as the desserts. Needless to say, we went home with plenty of leftovers. Steve, the server was great. All in all, it was a perfect night. So whether you live nearby or on vacation, make it a point to dine there.“
