“This place is good, good portions, and for the sheer amount of orders they handle, very efficient.I don’t know what people expect when they leave such poor reviews. As one of the only lunch spots on this side of base it gets super busy, so yes, the wait is long, but for the amount of orders they’re taking it’s reasonable. The food is good. They only have one oven, so you can expect things to take a while when everybody gets their sandwich toasted. Especially when one person starts ordering for a whole office.As for the comments about rudeness, I haven’t experienced that at all. They don’t have time for chitchat, so they tend to be straight to the point. If you don’t know what you want before ordering, that’s on you.Yes, you’ll wait, but that’s not their fault. Build in extra time and there’s no problems here.“

They stumbled across this location and couldn't stop raving about how good the subs are there. So today to show my appreciation to them and everything they do i ordered subs from the Destin location. “For $10 that was a huge steak sandwich. I don’t understand the complaints. The steak was was well seasoned and well cooked. It was not overwhelmed with cheese sauce. The lettuce and tomato is not necessary for a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich but it doesn’t hurt. Service was a little slow but it was lunch time.“

“This is one of the best Subways my wife and I have been to in the area and usually get good food there, except for today (09/11/2020). We got there at about 2:30 PM and they have on there business hours they close at 6 PM (Friday). My wife wanted a veggie wrap (nope), but was told there was no wraps available. So my wife ordered a veggie footlong sub wanting CHEESE (check), LETTUCE (check), TOMATOES (nope), CUCUMBERS (nope), BLACK OLIVES (check), ONIONS (nope), GUACAMOLE (nope). When my wife asked the employee making the sub about the vegetables, or the lack there of, the employee stated "What you see is what you get...". I don't know if the employee was being smart or just didn't want to get any replacement containers of vegatables as every other Subway we have been to does that. Is there something special about this Subway that they make good sandwiches, when they have the proper ingrediants, but they don't carry enough ingrediants for the customers coming in? There were three other customers that were in line behind us and I would think they would not like having limited ingredients on their sub as well. It just didn't make sense that this location was suppose to be open for another three and a half hours and they just started with a limited amount of product for a busy location with it being on base and the amount of customers they get throughout the day. Just ridiculous.“

“We were here on vacation. Gentlemen making our subs was very nice. Lady taking our order seemed put out and was very rude. My daughter and grandchildren were with me. She mentioned that she was a Firefighter Captain to which the lady just rolled her eyes. With all this, the man who made our subs did a wonderful job! They were really awesome. Even better than our Firehouse Subs back home.“

“Apparently new management has taken over and what a difference it made! Lenny's has always had great subs but the customer service was lacking - mostly by not having enough help. I didn't catch the manager's name at the Racetrack Road location but she was very helpful and nice to talk to. Keep up the great work!“

“We always expect a Great Sandwich at JJ's back home in Michigan, and you can expect the same here as well! these 2 guys were so darn good at the ART of making it wonderful! “So. Been there twice. Both times the sandwiches were made correctly HOWEVER... both times the bread was old..... so, the sandwiches were only meh. .... And, let's face it, Subway ain't cheap, so address the bread issue please.
This is a hang out for high school kids. So, it's what you'd expect for the atmosphere.“
