The service time was much shorter than usual, fries were perfectly cooked, and food was neatly placed into the container instead of plopped into it messily. I went back again later that week and had the same experience. I hope the pattern continues.“

“This place is good, good portions, and for the sheer amount of orders they handle, very efficient.I don’t know what people expect when they leave such poor reviews. As one of the only lunch spots on this side of base it gets super busy, so yes, the wait is long, but for the amount of orders they’re taking it’s reasonable. The food is good. They only have one oven, so you can expect things to take a while when everybody gets their sandwich toasted. Especially when one person starts ordering for a whole office.As for the comments about rudeness, I haven’t experienced that at all. They don’t have time for chitchat, so they tend to be straight to the point. If you don’t know what you want before ordering, that’s on you.Yes, you’ll wait, but that’s not their fault. Build in extra time and there’s no problems here.“

“I’m actually at the Valparaiso restaurant. I’m here because of a would you like us on my EXND page. Jeffrey M. Lane this is the Wednesday lunch spot. First impressions is clean and bright. I like that it’s not cluttered, great space to sit and eat. The menu is perfect, not too much not too little. Was paying for the food and asked about tips, was told we don’t accept tips. My meal was $19.87, so I got burger, fries and a drink. SO LETS GET TO THE MEAT AND POTATOES 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. There are no freezers to store food, all veggie’s are cut fresh daily as well as all burgers made daily. The drink was un sweet tea. Delicious, the small fries was a huge portion, for this fat guy there was a lot(bravo), now to the burger. Smoked Cheddar Bacon Burger( I’m like Homer Simpson in a doughnut shop) the burger was a fantastic messy and full of fresh onions, mayo. Do not be in a suit and tie for this lol. I devoured that tasty burger, while listening to 50-60’s music. Catherine was at the register and explained everything, very friendly employees. This is a must place to go to. They have two locations and Fridays are open until 7:30 I believe. They are only open 10-2 pm in the Valparaiso location. This is a business I proudly support. So if you are in lower Okaloosa County drop by and enjoy this delicious burger with a tasty beverage (in my Pulp Fiction Voice). DEFINITELY 5 STARS IN THIS“

“Went in around 2pm and three gentlemen were working. They all greeted us and were very friendly! Ordered a club supreme mikes way and it was really good. The rosemary parmesan bread was delicious. Thanks Jersey Mike’s you’ve outdone yourself again“
