“I just went through the drive-thru in Englewood, I don't go to Starbucks often and usually go to the one in Venice near work, but sometimes my shot of espresso is very overpowering or like liquid at the bottom. I had to call the restaurant to let them know that my coffee was made so amazingly! I don't even know what else to say, it was perfect! I got a caramel ribbon crunch and the consistency and everything about it is delicious! Thank you for helping start my day so great! I hope yours is wonderful!“

“I am leaving this review more so for management to be aware of this situation that I encountered. On August 28, 2023, 8:44pm, I submitted an order through the Dunkin app for a $15 order of donuts and munchkins. I was at the store at 8:50pm. Even though the store claimed to close at 9pm, when I got to the drive thru speaker, the store was already closed. I drove up to the window and waited until the staff could not knowingly ignore me anymore. Finally acknowledged, they said that they were already closed and had thrown away all the donuts and I would need to cancel my order. Now Dunkin Donuts did handle my return via the app really easily. And the staff, once they talked to me, were very nice. And when I go up there on any other occasion the staff is really nice. It's this time being that the point of the matter is when you say you close at 9pm, then you're open till 9pm. Or if it is normal procedure to close the store 15 minutes before disclosed closing times then I only ask that when submitting online/app orders, that the cutoff time is correlated that way people and myself do not have any experiences like that.“

“Sometimes the sweet tea is great but for the last 2 or 3 times it wasn't freshly made. It was terrible, older and tasted soured . Your food, coffee ☕ and sandwiches plus doughnuts are good it's just that I like ice tea and freshly made. Please check it each day. “Haven't had Pho in long time and haven't been able to get up there. Was glad to see can now do "delivery". The Pho was amazing. Very happy it was in different containers (noodles, broth, basil, jalapenos, etc.) Nice large portions. The Shrimp Summer Roll (Goi Cuon) was very nice, fresh, and 2 large rolls. Because of size, next time will ask for more of the very nice peanut sauce. Again...LOVE the Pho and rolls and look forward to making it up to the restaurant. Thank You!!!“

“This place does a great job with their atmosphere and friendly staff but one thing that I just can’t get over is they’re beans… I’m a bit of a coffee snob so one problem I keep running into when I go to foxtail is they’re using they’re espresso blend for their cold brew and nitro. Due to using a darker profile beans the cold brew and nitro taste too strong, bold, and punchy. Normally this is fine with espresso because darker blends are designed for pressure extraction but for any other coffee it just unpleasant for the price. I know a lot of coffee shops save money by using a darker roast house blend but I would just make coffee at home if this is the case.“

I visited one in Venice where the Baristas wore low cut revealing clothing. It was like you were in a night club at 8 AM not a coffee house. I prefer the Coffee House style and atmosphere ?“
