“Came through tonight August 24 at 8:15. The gentleman working in the drive-through with a southern accent took my order and made sure everything was fresh and was so friendly. It is uncommon for this area to have a great experience when stopping for fast food, so his customer service stood out to me!“

“So my family and I have lived all around Pensacola but recently bought a house in Cantonment, so we’ve eaten at almost all the Whataburger locations. This location is far and away the best location in the area! We’ve never had an issue with our order, we’ve always had good service and banter with the drive-thru staff, and the food is always fresh! They also get the lines clear pretty quickly! We’ve come on different days including weekends and weekdays for lunch and dinner hours; never an issue! I highly recommend this location even if it’s out of your way!“

“Food was quick and delicious but a little skimpy with the toppings, which I also think if you take off one topping you should get to add a different one at no charge, especially when it is a less expensive topping, They didn't add the extra chees, If they did there's no way it was worth the extra cost. The traditional wings were great the boneless ones are small like chicken nuggets but still delicious. The speed was definitely the best part. Gotta work on the toppings though, it's definitely an ongoing problem. Not the first time it's happened.“

“I gave this place five stars overall because my husband loves this place however I feel that their menu is very limited in the fact that there's not a lot of really tasty items. Also almost every order has come back in one way or another wrong and we wouldn't know until we got home because we ordered in advance usually. For example the wrong items entirely, no add ones that were paid for, and fries that were obviously old and refried, so burnt that we couldn't chew them. Being a prior district manager of a restaurant with franchises in Orlando and being a chef at Disney I know that opening new franchises can take time before they get everything right every time.“

“This funky little food truck is run by a lovely family and they make the best Patty Melts in the panhandle! Their Chopped Chipotle Cheeseburger is amazing food truck comfort food too.

I think the prices and portions are great, especially because almost all menu items come with 'Swamp Taters' homefries with chopped Conecuh sausage and queso. They're addictive.

The menu feels authentic, with an emphasis on simple, quality ingredients that come through in every bite. We ordered two sets of three birria tacos, served on corn tortillas. They were rich, juicy, and packed with flavor. Next time, I’m definitely trying the pupusas. These two where directly spoken too by this woman who is 100% out of line to the point where I stepped in and said something to her. She then tried to argue with me and left the store. Moments later she called the store and spoke so loudly and rudely I could hear her speaking while waiting for my food. I feel that this lady is going to twist this into somehow the employees where in the wrong when they stayed calm the entire time and I truly feel it needs to be acknowledged for this. “Haven’t been here for years due to visits of awful cold rubber food I couldn’t/wouldn’t eat, employees with no care, I really do not want to be here, you are a burden bad attitudes; nasty looking dining area as employees apparently weren’t required to clean it, totally shocked the place was still in existence, all ended it for me so I thought …. I decided to try them again 3 days ago and WOW what a HUGE difference! Food tastes fresh and delicious, down to the amazing bread stick, & back to the great tea, kind employees, bright clean atmosphere to where I’ve now visited 3 days in a row, two inside dining and one time drive-thru. So excited it’s back! Everything was perfect all three visits! “On February 18th I flew into Pensacola from Houston TX. My flight was the last flight out for the night and was delayed because of weather. We were an hour late getting into Pensacola. When I exited the plane my Texas DL fell out of my pocket, unknown to me until I was in the car exiting the airport. I came back and went up to security, but everything was closed. It was 11:30 there was no more flights and everyone was going home. There were some flight attendants leaving and they pointed me to the baggage area. Someone would be there. So I waited and then came a figure that resembled an angel. Micheal Bell for United airlines. The small things go along way, and if he is a representation of how Pensacola International airport treats their guests… job well done. 10/10 💙 thank you.“
