Alex made us great drinks and provided super service to us throughout the night. There is a super nice outdoor patio where we spent the evening. The live music made it so much fun! “We tried Brick for the first time and my husband, five year old, and I absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was warm and cozy, very Midwest. Fried pickles were crispy and pizza was on point. The crust was my highlight, as it was light and flavorful. Service was amazing, but felt bad because the waitress was our hostess, server, and busser.“

“I was walking into hair salon, (around1130am) when i noticed a very young man get out of a grey nissian, he had a CiCi uniforn on, and bottle water in hand. There was trash on ground in front of store. He stopped, picked it up, walked it to trash can and proceeded into restaurant. You don't see this now a days with these younger generations or older folks. Your facility should be proud and thankful to have such a hard working young man, kid who goes way above and beyond. Too think he did this and hadn't even started his shift yet. (From what i gathered, looked like parent dropping him off) This boy should be noticed.“

“This was an overall five star experience. me and a few of my friends came in the other day to get some food and it was absolutely phenomenal. We got both salad and pizza and we were thoroughly impressed by it. The staff was also very helpful and friendly, especially the manager Colby. The atmosphere was also great casual dining. “This was my favorite pizza joint until recently, after roughly ~5 years of ordering. Not because of bad food, rather because of two unfortunate experiences. It is apparent that their delivery zones change based on who is working and what night you call them. An order placed on 08/25 ends up getting cancelled 15 minutes before anticipated delivery citing that “we’ve never delivered to your area”. No contact made when I submitted a feedback ticket on their website. An order placed on 09/02 delivers with zero issues. A friendly conversation with the delivery person who has made countless deliveries to my house was just as puzzled. Order placed on 09/09 is never made. After two hours of no delivery, I call the store to be told “we tried to call you 6 times to let you know that we don’t deliver to you” and “sorry you didn’t call us sooner to figure that out”. Anyways, I’m seeking suggestions for good delivery to the Del Río area of Mandarin.“

“This is THE best pizza in town! We’ve had the deep dish (many times) and the Ny crust. I drug my feet on trying it because I thought they were a little pricey compared to dominoes/papa johns but it is well worth it. The quality and consistency is on point. One slice of the deep dish will fill you up. Their salads are also good (so fresh) and they have AMAZiNG ranch (buy a bottle!). My husband and I like different pizza toppings and they do an excellent job making 1/2 and 1/2s, keeping the toppings separate . My orders have always been correct and ready on time. The people who work there are really nice.“

Learned a lot about how their ingredients are freshly prepared each day, come from Italy and how they cook everything in only two special ovens. “while we really like the food and usually very quick delivery I do have a issue with the fact that I have been living at my new address for 2 years and the ordering website has still not been updated to allow you to order for delivery, to my address. they are possibly losing out on 400 customers just in my subdivision alone, because it says that they don't deliver here although if you phone your order in- you find out that delivery is absolutely available. and more and more new homes are being built every day, more potential lost customers“

“The store itself is a bit small and the salad wasn't really good at all mostly because the sweet tasting italian dressing but all can be overlooked because this is the best and most authentic NY style pizza in the Jacksonville area. I can't wait to come back again and maybe try their calzones or sandwiches although it'll be hard to pass up a slice of good old pepperoni.“

“I DO recommend this Chuck E. Cheese solely because the manager and most of the staff were very kind and helpful BUT I did lose my phone and someone kindly turned it in. When I asked the front desk for it, there were two employees walking around recording themselves, taking selfies on my phone. I literally didn’t have my phone for maybe ten minutes and some of the staff thought that it was appropriate to do that. The manager did apologize and compensated me for it (and again, he was GREAT) and I wasn’t going to post about it UNTIL I was cashing out my kids’ tickets and I got eye rolls and glares from the girls who were taking the selfies on my phone. I mean like, did they think it was appropriate and I was SO wrong for being upset about it? This is their selfie 🙄“
