“The food here last night was tremendous. I never imagined we could get this level of great cuisine in Fort Myers. The veal Milanese had the most tender veal I’ve ever had. And the Linguine Vongole would’ve been enough for the whole table. My wife felt like we were back dining in Italy and we can’t wait to go back. Don’t hesitate to try it. “Four of us ate at 41 Bistro in Estero this evening. We all got something different, they were willing to make changes to our liking and all four meals were very good. Julia was our server and she along with Bella the robot gave us great service. Ally the owner came to our table and said he can adjust menu items for allergies just let him know. They also serve gluten free pasta and sauces. We will be back. Thank you for an enjoyable Tuesday evening.“

“I can't say enough about this restaurant. The food was amazing. The atmosphere and love was beyond what you would expect. I can't wait to go back. I want to try every single dish on the menu. I read the review about the vodka sauce and the recovering alcoholic. Why the f....k would you even consider ordering that dish in the first place??? You are playing games with yourself. Really, you cried at the table?? The owners are hard working people. There are erasers on pencils for a reason. Or maybe you don't know what an eraser is. I would have thrown your a** out wah wah wah!! And the other idiot with the chicken wings, you don't come to an Italian restaurant and ask for chicken wings. Go to Kentucky Fried chicken you arsh hole! Anyway I loved the gnocchi with cream sauce, which is what I had. I needed to sample the gravy, (yes we Italians can it gravy), so I had a meatball too! “We are down from Pittsburgh and I have my favorite places back home, but we decided to give Pino’s a try on 4/16/25 … Well the places back home just won’t be the same anymore. The pizza here was fantastic!!! We ordered a Grandma Pie and a cheese pie. Perfectly crispy crust, amazing cheese flavor, fresh veggies and some of the best sauce I’ve had. I highly recommend this place and I will sadly have to wait till next year to try it again.“

I liked that the food was not salty at all and you can add your own. My parents are hard to impress but my father loved it. He said “this is real pizza”. Set your expectations, this is not a brick oven pizzeria in Sicily. It’s a humble place in Florida , very clean and simple , reminds me of Nona’s food. Ohh the cannolis were 😚 yummy !! Crispy shell. “Walked here from the Homewood Suites Bonita Springs based on recommendation from the hotel. They had a large variety of lunch specials for $13. Lasagna, ravioli, spaghetti, chicken parm to name a few. There were about 15 choices at least. I ordered a pizza which was thin but excellent. Nice blend of cheese and tasty sauce with just the right crisp. Server was attentive and very pleasant. Would definitely come back if I’m in the area.“
