“A Tijuana Flats is a Tijuana Flats. They are pretty consistent no matter which location you go to. This is great when you want to know exactly what to expect and get your same old same old. I really like their hardshell tacos. I get the same thing every time and love their hot sauce bar. I'm not a fan of their salsa but that's just a personal opinion. You can never go wrong at a Tijuana Flats!“

I was disappointed you didn’t have any Grippo potato chips or buskin bakery cookies. These two items go hand in hand with Skyline! “I ordered a concrete mixer, but it took about 10–15 minutes to receive it because the employee who prepared it had placed it out of sight, and Kayla—I believe was the manager or GM—didn’t notice it. By the time she realized, the mixer had already melted. When I returned and asked Kayla if she could remake it, she immediately handled the situation with professionalism and a friendly attitude.

What impressed me most was her ability to communicate why the mixer needed to be remade while keeping her composure, even as she balanced multiple tasks at once. I wanted to point out her skill for leadership and customer care.“

“A busy spot at noon. Thought the staff did a good job for the amount of customers in line, plus all of the online orders. Disappointed that there was no gluten-free bread options available. Not sure if they don't carry it or if they were just out? Sandwich and salads were good. A couple of tables outdoor if you'd like to sit outside. Design of the store is a little weird. If want an indoor table, long lines basically are interfering with your meal.“

I was blown away by how she was able to keep the drive-through going, attending the customers at the counter, and making all of the food. The dining area was well kept up and plenty stocked. The tenders are breast meat and not nuggets but fillet slices, roughly 1/6th a full breast. Very good! The honey and blueberry biscuits are truly great in their buttery drowned goodness! Their Cajun shrimp and Jambalaya are also very good choices! To be honest, I've never been dissatisfied since they opened a couple years back, and it's just two blocks down the street from where I live. I was a huge KFC/Popeyes fan, but Krispy Krunchy Chicken stole their dollar big time! Definitely a far healthier choice than other fast food fair as well, and the price is very affordable! Give them a shot, you will not be disappointed!“

“This week, I stopped by the Florida Gulf Coast University’s Cohen Center after a class and ordered some Chick-fil-A. When I got up to the counter, there were a few people ahead of me in line. I thought it would take a while before I would be able to order because in the past when I have gone there, service was slow. Luckily, it did not take long at all and was only about five minutes until I was up. The lady at the counter was very sweet and asked me how I was. She spoke in a pleasant, sweet voice as if she was happy to be doing her job. This is very important for companies and employees to have. Customers always want the best experience while getting food, staying at a hotel, or at any hospitality venue. It is reported that customers love to ramble about Chick-fil-A's overall cleanliness, quick, convenient service, and hardworking employees (Taylor, 2018). Once I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal, it was only about a minute until another employee gave me my food and drink. I love Chick-fil-A so much and was very happy with my experience at FGCU. I do not have it that often, but every time I do, I hope my service experience and food taste delicious. Chick-fil-A always seems to satisfy my hunger and makes me keep wanting to come back for more.“

Only complaint rather suggestion, kiosks for ordering faster were not working properly. This caused the front counter to be packed with waiting customers. But overall good service here.“

Tipping should be allowed when your employees are running around outside in the heat, even still he told me it wasn’t necessary. Give Christopher a raise!“
