“I’ve been coming to McGregor Public House for years, and one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back is Rachel behind the bar. She is the definition of exceptional service. Whether you’re stopping in for dinner, drinks, or watching the game, she somehow manages to make every guest feel like a regular.

What really sets Rachel apart is how well she gets to know her customers. Come in more than once, and she’ll remember what you like and start recommending new beers, cocktails, or menu items based on your tastes. The amazing part is that she’s never steered me wrong. Every recommendation has been spot on.

The food is outstanding too. If you’re looking for a recommendation, order the Provo Sandwich. The Guinness onion gravy is absolutely incredible and takes the sandwich to another level. I’d love to get my hands on that recipe because it’s that good!

“First time here and it won’t be the last. First off, our server Taylor was a breath of fresh air! What a great personality. Very generous menu—nachos, wings, salads, pizzas and more. I enjoyed the patty melt with tots. My wife had the smash burger grill cheese deluxe with onion rings. Both were piping hot on arrival. Delicious sandwiches! Coming back tomorrow to get a take-out pizza. This pub is a little hidden gem—do yourself a favor and Google map the location and get here soon.“

“Love this place! Feels like it’s a hidden gem. It’s a part of the Luminary hotel and one of few sports bars downtown. They have great deals and if you are into golf/soccer/hockey/football they have a simulator. There is something for everyone here! Alyssa is my absolute favorite employee not just at Chips but the Luminary as a whole. She always remembers me and provides consistent top notch service. Brittany is awesome too. “Went here on a night when music bingo was being played to raise money for a local charity. All good fun but was very noisy so could not talk across the table uch of the time. Would have gone somewhere else had we known this was on if I am honest. ANyway, service eas quick and friendly. Food was tasty and proces reasonable. Will be back but will check the noise levels before we visit next time.“
