“Drive through service on 5/2/26, 930pm or so. First restaurant I’ve been to with A.I. taking my order. Service was quick, AI was of course professional, quick, on point (not like Google or Siri). Human employees were the same: professional, quick, on point. Ordered chicken sandwich and kids hamburger plus drinks. Food was ready even I got to the window and there were no cars in front of us. Total time after we ordered until we drove off was less than a minute, two tops. Unbelievable service and food was excellent, hot, tasty. I’ll be back after next Disney trip (I’m local so you’re on my route to/from Disney). Top notch service!!!“

“First time trying this from the west coast and it didn't disappoint. It might just be one of those things that you can't have so you like it more but you gotta give this place a try! Don't know what beef tallow is or what it's supposed to taste like but everything on here is good. I like the fries being thinner cuts. Don't even get me started with the shakes! “My family and I came in for a quick breakfast before heading to the parks. Shari our server was great! She was attentive, friendly and kind. We were in a bit of a rush and she was able to get the food out quickly. I would definitely recommend this location and Shari as your server.“

“The manager and crew at the crave and go are amazing.first time there and they make you feel like you been coming there for years and are way faster then the drive thru location right in front cross the parking lot. Definitely a most go if you are in Orlando or ever worth the drive from anywhere“

“I stopped by Shake Shack while shopping at the outlet mall and it was the perfect break from walking around the stores. It’s located right in the food court area at 8200 Vineland Ave, so it’s super convenient when you need a quick bite during a shopping trip. 

The burgers were fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. You can tell they focus on quality ingredients. The fries were crispy and the shakes are definitely worth trying if you want something sweet after your meal.

What I like most is how easy it is to grab good food without leaving the mall. After hours of shopping at the outlets, it’s a great spot to sit down, relax, and recharge before heading back out.

Overall, great food, fast service, and a perfect stop while shopping at the Premium Outlets in Orlando. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m there.“

“This is the best Culvers! Knocked down service though because one of the recent times I ate here (dine in) an accidental chicken sandwich was put on our tray. We didn't notice when it was dropped off, after dividing the food we saw it. After a few minutes of it being on our table a server came back for it and gave it to another table. Pretty sure you're not supposed to do that.
Otherwise the place is clean and the food consistently good.“

“JT’s was great. So accommodating and nice service. He went out of the way to get us what we were looking for even though it was late at night. I have celiac and he made a delicious gluten free pizza with sauce, cheese, and toppings that weren’t cross-contaminated. This pizza was loaded with all the toppings and yummy! After walking around Universal all day we were looking for something fast and delicious, and this was both. It isn’t always easy to find that with gluten free needs too. The pizza was ready in 8 minutes. I highly recommend. The pizza was one of the best gluten free options I e had. JT was super friendly and helpful. The place is clean and simple.“
