“A little disappointed because I haven’t eaten here in a little over a year and today it was the worst meal I’ve eaten in a while. The pink sauce was watery and tasted absolutely horrendous, the pickles tasted like they were dumped in the box with a spoon of cooking oil, and if that wasn’t enough, the cashier didn’t even pay attention to what was ordered and instead thrown a “you never ordered that” remark. Whatever you changed, please fix it because I crave your food so much and it would be a shame not to come back because the quality was bad. Other than this ONE incident; big milks has been my favorite summertime spot for the past three years. On point until this one time but I have faith that big mills will get it fixed and back on track. Their fried pickles are my favorite combined with their ice cold sweet and tart frozen strawberry lemonade.“

“Heard so many good things about this place and finally getting to go was well worth it! The food is amazing. If you are expecting subway, no no no. These Sammies are packed and so well worth it. They even asked if I wanted half of my foot long wrapped up, I get why now. I finished it, but wow. Super think sandwich and great tasting!!! Go a little further down to the bar and get some beer. Great selection for sure and everything from the Sammies to the beer is inexpensive. Cash only to give you heads up but there is an ATM inside. So worth it!!!!“

“If you go to any subway in town, make sure you come HERE. Aiden is the realest, the subs are always fresh. The store is beyond clean, and the customer service is always SPECTACULAR. From being greeted the moment your hand basically touches the door to enter the store, to the pure honesty and hard work they put into making sure every single customer is beyond satisfied is amazing, and I will forever appreciate them. “I’ve been coming here many years , but today I ordered a hamburger and when I drove away and finally was able to unwrap it a few moments later it was freezing cold like it just came out of the fridge it literally felt like I picked up an ice cube when I grabbed into my bag to get it . The only thing that was good and made to order were the onion rings I’m very disappointed in this place service recently“

“My service was excellent. The manager (Christy Oliver) herself brought out my food, she went above and beyond in her customer service. The store was clean, as busy as it was it was not chaos, food was made and served promptly. Although I live out of town I frequent this restaurant frequently and have always had EXCELLENT service.“

“My son and I visited Subway like we usually do .This was on Thursday evening after we get off from the courthouse. Anyway I got a Tuna which I love and a Bmt . “I ordered through Uber eats so I can not rate anything but the food at this time. I got the Philly Cheesesteak and it was delicious. The only thing I wished it had was more cheese. But the flavor was awesome, brought me back to the subs I used to eat when I was young and lived in New York.“

Parking: I was able to park right in front of the business, But I had to maneuver through several rows of other cars that had to deal with an auto repair place or something.

Wheelchair accessibility: There did not appear to be any designated wheelchair ramp or a self opening door.“

“Great pickle sandwiches! Friendly staff. Now let's talk about the real elephant in the room. Is Danny Devito really the best spokesman for this franchise. He's funny and all but these amazing sandwiches need to be portrayed as the real heroes that they are. I'm thinking The Rock or maybe Chris Evans in a Captain Sandwich costume. Just think about it. Now think back to Devito. Which is obviously going to represent these subs the way they deserve?

“Andy and Johnathan are the dream team. I order every weekend and a lot of the time they’re flying solo and they operate together seamlessly. Keeping up with orders and engaging with customers while also keeping the line moving. They’re both impressive and invaluable staff, I hope this makes it to their management team, they deserve recognition for their tireless work and positive personalities in what could quickly become overwhelming lines!“

“Whenever my boyfriend and I are tired of eating fast food, we stop by here and get us their delicious sandwiches. I don’t have any complaints at this locations; they’re pretty fast and accurate.“

“The service was prompt. The young lady fixing my sandwich was polite, professional and very patient with me even when I couldn't make up my mind about what toppings to put on my sub.

Vegetarian options: They sale veggie subs. I haven't tried it yet but it's nice to know that they offer them on their menu.

Parking: The parking lot was large and there were several slots very close to the Subway sandwich shop which made it easier for me to enter the store without having to do a lot of walking.

Wheelchair accessibility: There was a wheelchair ramp with railings near the entrance.“
