“LI JUST FINISHED EATING THE PULLED PORK PLATTER AND IT MADE ME CURSE THEM OUT! I am extremely picky about pulled pork and baked beans coming from Alabama. This place {{{Knocked it out of the park}}}! I simply don’t care for BBQ in the Tampa Bay Area because most of the time is simply not good or a chain that is inconsistent. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STOP BY AND GOVERNMENT THEM A CHANCE. I was watching them make sample platters with brisket, chicken, pork, ribs and everything was looking incredible. I dont normally recommend places too easily but this place…. WOW“

“Found this neat little place for drinks and a quick bite to eat while waiting to check into our room in the SoHo area. Great vibe and the food was fantastic! Happy Hour menu had a good selection of Tapas and drinks and was very reasonably priced. The bartenders were very personable.“

“I’m in Greece. No, not really. We just found the best Greek restaurant ever. It’s called Psomi. My goodness, so delicious. On February 20, our first time here, we had bread basket/psomi bread, le meunier butter, organic extra virgin olive oil, jam, and Greek scrambled with caramelized onion, roasted cherry tomato, creamy feta, grilled baguette. We liked the restaurant so much we came back the next day. We had chicken souvlaki - Greek yogurt brined organic breast, tzatziki, tomato, red onion, stuffed with cut fries, wrapped in a warm pita. Then we came back again on Sunday February 23 for some Greek style breakfast.“

“This place was so delicious, we came in twice in one week. So impressed with the quality of food and the ambiance. I have been a fan of Bern's Steak House since 2015, however, we have never eaten at their sister restaurant. Last week was our 1st time visiting Haven. It was our son's birthday and we decided to try this restaurant featuring New American small plates, wine & cocktails as per recommendation of my friend. Tuna Sashimi, Hamachi Sashimi, Shaved Beef Taco, Seared Foie Gras, Cheese platter and Coal Grilled Octopus as appetizers were all 10/10. As for the main course we opted in for Glacier 51 Sea Bass (O.M.G.), Arctic Char, 8oz Filet Mignon (perfectly trimmed) and 10 oz Dry-Aged Strip. Drinks, 'Margarita', 'Lemon Drop' and 'Moscow Mule', were good as well with the exception of the 'Duck Duck Jeep' (it was an odd one). We did not try their desserts (both times) as 1st time visiting we brought a cake for our son's birthday, however, we were never super impressed with Berns' dessert room. I know it may sound weird to many as they are known for their desserts, but truthfully, we have had desserts at other local restaurants that we prefer over Berns'. Service by Madeline K. was on point, however, she accidentally forgot to place the main course item for our birthday boy, so he ended up getting his filet about 15 minutes after everyone else received their meals. It did not spoil our night as she brought out the cake with large candle with sparkles and it was fantastic! Our son was so surprised and I was able to capture some awesome pictures of him with his cake and candles. Overall an excellent experience by everyone: valet guy, bussers, food runners, hostesses and the wait staff. We also appreciated the fact that we were seated at a larger table/couch with brighter lights vs more of a romantic, darker tables. Our second time we requested to sit outside which was nice as it was a pleasant evening. Haven's tacos are my husband's favorite in Tampa and we ordered 16 of them that night. If you are not up to dressing up in your best outfits, but would like a nice quality meal, Haven is your spot!“

Some of the comments posted may not be fair. One has to allow opportunity for on-the-spot redress of an actual or perceived wrong (the menu is self-explanatory or can be clarified by simply asking). “I finally managed to stop in to Chill Cawfee on my way into work. The super nice lady recommended some kind of cookie coffee, it’s a seasonal flavor. I’m going to survive off their coffee for the rest of my life now. Super great referral from the Pemberton‘s! What I did not expect is the spicy chorizo and scrambled eggs. Everything is so good so far, I can’t wait to snack on the cheese danish later. If you’re around the area and you have been here yet, you do not know what you’re missing!! 🤤🤤“

“First Class all the way! Had them cater our event for over 250 people, the ‘Topping Off’ party for the new hospital being built in Riverview on 301. From Set -up, the servers and take down- 1st class!!! The food was wonderful!!! Highly recommend.“

“This little gem is in the courtyard next to Segunda bakery. They’re beautiful tables outside with a rustic decor and oversized games for everyone to enjoy. I tried the seasonal banana bread, iced coffee. The roasted coffee flavor was excellent, but I wish there was a little bit more of a banana flavor to the concoction. I also tried the cinnamon roll with vanilla bean cream. My only downside here is that it should be served warm.“

Only suggestion is to not sit another group at the very next table beside us if the entire restaurant is open. Give some people a bit of privacy and only crowd them if it's busy.“
