“They always get my drinks right, I ask for loads of Caramel beyond normal amounts and they oblige.

They ask if I'm OK or going through finals at college but I inform them it's just what I need when dealing with 3 kids. Better then Starbucks and the donuts beat out the slop at the local Burger King and Mcdonalds.

Parking: Directly across from the Dominos.

Wheelchair accessibility: Big enough place, easy to get around.“

“You can never win with McDonald's. I try to use my app and they tell me their internet is down which means I can't use my points on my app. Usually they tell you it's the ice cream machine, but let's find a new story for this time. Yes they did apologize but again another issue with McDonald's.“

“I never thought of myself as the kind of person that would take to Google to leave a five-star review for a Starbucks location but the employees here exceed my expectations of what customer service can be every single time I visit. They go beyond the homogenized politeness you find at Chick Fil A to add a friendly, personalized element to what they do that is exceedingly rare. As far as service is concerned, they run this location with an efficiency that Apple would likely envy but it’s the caliber of individuals behind the counter that truly makes it special.

We live in an area surrounded by independent coffee shops and I’m a tremendous proponent of supporting local businesses and yet I come to this Starbucks nearly every morning. It’s a testament to their team and their intuition, skill and at the risk of resorting to cliche, the joy that they project even when no sane person would be feeling joy at that time of day.

I think I’m writing this so they know they’re appreciated and that I am genuinely in awe of the effort, both seen and unseen, required to create such a positive customer experience on each visit.“

Her beautiful words comforted me and helped and encouraged me to keep going through my day. I received bad news last night (lost my brother) and was struggling to get motivated to carry on through the daily routine of life. I was overwhelmed by the simplest, kindest message a barista wrote on my cup on the fly (it said 'Good Morning' with a tiny sun drawn at the end). How very nice to be randomly thought of. The gesture meant so much as I attempt to work process this grief and I want that store to know just how much the kindness of a stranger meant to me.♡“

“I'm not one to complain about things..I used to work at dunkin for 2 years..I normally stop on my way home to get an iced coffee an bacon egg and cheese on a croissant.. 6 out of 10 times I get the maple bacon or the pepper bacon instead of regular bacon, the first 2 I do not like..i get its busy and people are training and mistakes happen.. but its annoying.. I have to take the bacon off my sandwich and eat it that way...its happened at 2 stores I frequent..“

“I will say it’s smaller than average portion size compared to other breakfast establishments but what they lack in size the more than make up in quality! The Farmers biscuit with apple butter sauce was the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had! And to get my size you’ve had to of had a lot of biscuits!!! Even though sauce was everywhere, the fried chicken was still crispy and moist. I don’t know who’s grandma they had cooking in the back but she needs a raise cooking like this! I can’t wait to go back and try the rest of their menu!!!“

We told Tika(manager) who was taking our order that we had never eaten there before and she went above and beyond expectations to make sure we were happy with our visit. She was so nice and really helped with us having a great experience. And the food was AMAZING! If you haven't tried this place, what are you waiting for? Go you won't regret it“
