“Was out and about in St.Pete/Pinellas Park and stumbled on to this little gem. It's in a strip mall at the end off of Park Street. The owners, cook, serve and run the business. It's neighborhood quaint. The Pasta Fagioli was amazing. The Pizza , small was enough for three people. It was a solid 9 out of 10. The sauce was good and pizza crust was perfect. The sausage was sliced not crumbled, it was loaded with toppings. It was busy and they kept everything coming out of the kitchen with minimal wait. They serve beer and wine. The wine was ok, it's either red or white, no bottles. They also serve beer. For the price and quantity it was good. It's a try if you're in the area. For the price“

The owner and our waitresses were so sweet and kind and did everything they could to make the meal go perfect (which it did!) “Such a cool little pizza joint! Definitely the local pizza place, service was so good by the girl working. Very personal, treated us as though we were regulars. The food is very good. “Good Food, but Rushed We were the first customers of the day—early for us. I think the servers meant well, but everything was rushed. I felt like I was in a fast casual restaurant rather than a place where I would spend $125 for the two of us. Slow it down a bit and let us digest for a minute before dropping the next course. The food was good. We started with the recommended Bruschetta. It isn’t typical. Instead, the topping is in an accompanying bowl. The topping was delicious—how can you go wrong with tomatoes, basil and garlic in balsamic vinegar? We then shared a bowl of their special tomato bisque and it was delicious. We also shared a Caesar salad which my wife thought was too garlicy (I’m not sure that’s possible), so I ate her share. The server had asked me if I did or didn’t want anchovies on my salad so I said sure, but on the side. I had no idea that I’d be charged an extra $2.50, especially since it didn’t say that on the menu. Shame, shame. For mains I had the Pasta Pescatore which was good, but a little oily. My wife had the Chicken Piccata which she enjoyed. We accompanied those with some wines by the glass from their decent collection and they were fairly priced. I might go back, but I’d be clear with the server about not being rushed.“

Their homemade pasta is out of this world; their sauces to die for; their homemade bread served with sweet tomato jam and Kalamata olive tapenade is a mouth-watering start-up. If there is a finer Italian restaurant anywhere—and I’m including Italy, too, as I have dined all over Italy—I know not where it is. We have also used Jay Luigi catering for a large wedding welcome event (100+ ppl) and all of the guests raved about the food. For the catering, working with Isabella was a dream; not only is she the sweetest person, but she was extremely helpful and professional, and made the whole thing seamless. The salad was a nice salad but I wouldn't recommend the house dressing. It had ZERO taste. No vinegar, no seasoning, just the lightest of extra Virgin olive oil. “This is a nice spot for good pizza. The cheese is real, and the pepperoni is greasy :) We got a supreme, a pepperoni, a white plane, 2 cheese calzones, and garlic knots. There was plenty of leftovers even after me and 3 growing boys attacked it all. The pies are huge! Large lives up to its name. The crust is nice, easily foldable but solid enough to eat without folding, so choose your way. The supreme was my favorite, but the others referred the calzones. One did straight cheeses, another did with onions and garlic.Parking: It is in a strip mall but there is usually ample parking.
