McDonald's in Haines City

“Rare experience in today's world to find a McDonald's doing it right. The young lady at the counter asked to take our order "at the actual counter" instead of directing us to the bank of "Do it yourself" machines, she was very nice and provded outstanding customer service (which when I worked at McD's many years ago was a requirement, not an oddity). Food was ready before we could finish getting our drinks, and she walked it out to our table instead of making us come to the counter. Food was hot and tasted great (sadly, another oddity you don't get very often anymore). The lobby and seating area was neat and clean. To the Management and Crew of this store, I say Thank You for a job well done.“

“This location is one of the best in the area they take service to a higher level than most McDonald's locations. I recently visited and was greeted by an employee named Adam if you could clone him as an employee and distribute him to other McDonald's...he and the other employees at this location are always fantastic and wonderful. I highly recommend McDonald's corporate take a look at how this location works so well and why the employees across the board are as professional as they are.“
