“This is a great new venue in a lush, tropical environment. It's an update on The Center for Subtropical Affairs, which was a little cooler, cheaper and more raw than Understory, but the new venue, to be honest, has better sound, drink options, and food options. It's just a dope spot, albeit a bit expensive, like most places in Miami.“

“This was the first time at this restaurant in Davie, Florida as I have been to the one in Doral, Florida. My wife and I decided to stop for lunch, we sat down and Dubraska was our waitress. She took our order, which came quickly, and the food was delicious! Everything was very good, in fact, had to take some home. Dubraska was very kind and quick with our order, and I would recommend this restaurant. So the next time you come to Franciscas’, please ask for Dubraska, and she will take care of you! “Excellent and innovative proposal! We went to the Orlando branch and the Aventura branch. Very rich, excellent quality of ingredients. For my taste, the dough is very thin, I would make it more sustained so that it can receive a little more cheese/s topping. We will return!

“Checked out this great restaurant last night. The food was magnificent. Wow!! Everything was so tasty and the flavors melded well. Please check it out. We had the Jerk Plaintain, Thai style Charred cabbage salad, which had some great tasting pork, sweet and tangy wings and the Thai style crab fried rice. Can’t wait to go back and try the snapper.“

“Came here with 2 friends on a whim. I love Asian fusion, and I was pleasantly surprised by this place! The food came out fast, but tasted fresh. We got the crispy tuna that was amazing (if you haven’t gotten this before somewhere, it’s a must). I can’t tell you the name of your pork belly dish I got, it was in the entree section on the top right, spicy and delicious. My gf got the poke bowl with Tuna that was delightful. The only thing that wasn’t good was the shrimp shumai. Would happily come back here“

Dining at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse was a treat from start to finish. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with a warm, inviting ambiance and exceptional service that made us feel right at home. The decor is elegant, with a touch of modern sophistication, making it the perfect spot for a special occasion or simply indulging in a top-tier meal.
The star of the show, of course, was the food. Fleming’s does steak like no other. We opted for the Prime New York Strip, which was cooked to absolute perfection—crisp on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. The flavor was outstanding, and the steak was so tender it practically melted in your mouth. We also tried the lobster mac and cheese as a side, which was creamy, decadent, and a perfect complement to the meal.
What really sets Fleming’s apart is the attention to detail. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and had fantastic recommendations for wine pairings, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The wine list is extensive, with options to suit every palate, and the signature cocktails were crafted with care and quality ingredients.

Parking: We came here specifically to charge our EV. We parked for free at the superchargers, but you do have to pay to use the chargers. There are also free level 2 chargers that you can use.“

“I never write reviews, but these guys are the best. Whether you need some week night bottles or something for a special occasion, the team here has you covered. Great selection and great website, you can get some great wines with their promotions. But I really love coming in person to pick up. The team is always helpful and very knowledgeable. They are often hosting tastings…last time I was there, they had a guy cutting iberico ham from cinco jotas while offering some incredible Spanish wines. Incredible. No one better in south Florida.“

“We have been to this restaurant every few months since 2022. It started out amazing in all aspects, 5 stars awesome. Then went downhill in mid 2023, so disappointing, we stopped going until we tried again March 2024. It has built back into a good restaurant again, last item we ordered was January 2025, which was the quattro formaggi cheese pizza, it was a 5 star ⭐. Hope they are back to delivering quality food and service again“
“The BEST haddock fish and chips I ever had. The fish was fresh and sweet. The NE clam chowder was phenomenal. We also ordered a broiled scrod in a garlic butter sauce. That was great too. This is a NE transplant but it’s just as good as any place in Boston! Great ales from NE too! This is a NE Patriots pub feel so it’s hard to say I love the place because I’m a Bills fan but I would frequent this place often if I lived here. The service was friendly and knowledgeable too.“
