“Yum, Yum, Yum! I was invited to lunch at Papa Diesel's Restaurant on my visit to Apopka, FL. From the moment I entered the restaurant, the entire experience was a treat. A friendly family atmosphere greeted me at the door, with the added touch of care that was immaculately given to every detail. The aroma from the kitchen activated my taste buds, as I stared mesmerized by the extensive menu. Finally, I decided to go for the “Diesel Sampler”. The brisket was so succulent that it melted in my mouth. The ribs fell from the bone with such flavor that no sauce was necessary—the pulled pork I used to sample the homemade sauces. As I was told, the sauces will soon be available in the local supermarkets (as I can attest to becoming a family staple). Needless to say, the sausage, chicken, and sides all met with the same flavorful standards. Ending my meal with a dessert, I enjoyed the peach cobbler and shared a nibble of key lime cake with my date. It was an enjoyable afternoon, sharing special time with loved ones in a loving environment, dining on food prepared by Papa Diesel, who loves to cook for folks, and making them feel at home!“

“The Vineyard Wine Company is a great spot for brunch. The food is fresh, high quality, and you can really tell it’s a farm-to-table, scratch kitchen. Everything we had was delicious.

As someone with a gluten allergy, I really appreciate how clearly marked the gluten-free options are—it makes ordering easy and stress-free. The atmosphere is also great and makes it a nice place to relax and enjoy a meal.

Definitely a spot I’d come back to.

“We hadd dinner at Metro Diner last night and our server, Nick was awesome. He was very attentive without being overbearing and made sure we had everything we needed. I had the new baby back ribs on the menu and my husband had the philly cheese steak. “Huge rave!!!! I just got home from dinner and have never been more pleased. I have Celiac Disease and a wheat allergy. My server, Sydney C., was knowledgeable about the GF options and even double checked with her manager. She even brought up cross contamination before I did and assured me it would not be an issue. “I stopped at this Culver's location while passing through Madison and ended up staying longer than expected. The restaurant was busy but organized, and food moved out to tables steadily without feeling rushed. I ordered a ButterBurger with cheese and it arrived hot with a soft toasted bun and a well-seasoned patty that delivered exactly the kind of comfort-food experience I was looking for.

Alongside it, I ordered Wisconsin cheese curds and a side of crinkle-cut fries. The cheese curds were crisp on the outside and soft inside, making them easy to keep reaching for even after I felt full. The fries were simple but fresh and paired well with everything on the tray. To finish, I grabbed a scoop of frozen custard which was smooth, creamy, and a nice way to end the meal.

What I appreciate about places like this is consistency. Nothing felt overly complicated or designed for social media. It was just good food served by friendly staff in a relaxed setting. Sometimes that's exactly what makes a meal memorable.“

Wednesday is also trivia night so if you are looking for a fun and different activity to do check this place out. Our waiter was Val and she was the sweetest.“

“My first time going was on a Sunday around 9-9:30, it was moderately busy, i caught a good time many people came in after me. Staff greets with smiles, and Lauren is a doll!

I ordered a siren iced latte, it was delightful. I got regular whole milk and it comes with 3 shots of espresso. The vanilla was not over powering and the caramel is a nice touch.

I also got a ham egg and cheese croissant (egg added). It was great honestly.

The overall price is not too bad compared to starbucks, cannon coffee, or even propgate social house (who is pricey IMO).

“Stayed for 4 days during and after Ian. The staff was amazing especially the breakfast hustle, we chose to eat on-site and stay off the roads like a majority of other guests so they were busier probably than a typical day. They made lunch available not usually served, again they stepped up and took care of everyone like it was a daily occurrence made the experience that much more welcoming. Dinners again they had a line constantly at the register to order, and again just kept going with a great attitude and each person I observed ordering was treated like they were each the priority. Great staff and amazing job when things were not optimal, made it seem like an everyday occurrence.“

“This restaurant is not far from the Sunseeker Resort where we stayed. All the restaurants at Sunseeker shut down at 9 pm as though you're 80 years old or older. The food at Applebee's was better and much cheaper. Went close to closing and was thinking the food would be lousy since it was time for them to close but my husband and I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely return if we stay at Sunseekers again!“
