I recently hosted my company’s holiday event at ConSentido for over 40 staff members, and I couldn’t have been more pleased. From start to finish, everything was flawless—truly exceptional service, food, and atmosphere.

The menu was well thought out and impressive: cauliflower croquettes, melon ceviche, chicken lumpia, gyoza, short rib, seafood rice, chicken kebobs with roasted potatoes, fire-roasted asparagus, and for dessert, ice cream and chocolate lava cake. The food came out piping hot, and everything was perfectly timed. Standouts for me were the chicken lumpia, made entirely from scratch, the gyoza, and the ice cream—absolute must-tries!

The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring drinks were constantly flowing and that no detail was overlooked. The upscale, stylish decor created a warm and high-end atmosphere, which elevated the overall experience.

“Wanted some casual place to eat. Came in and ordered not expecting much. We got the pork and shrimp dumplings, udon, beef soup ramen and a poke bowl. The food was absolutely amazing. This was the best poke bowl ive ever tried. The place was very clean and the girls working were so sweet. I did not get the name of the girl, but she had sparkles on her cheeks. She was awesome and very patient and made the experience awesome. This is one of the rare places that I saved and will definitely come back to.

“I came in yesterday @ 9:45 and wow. I never want to be that person to arrive when a kitchen is closing. You may think my experience was terrible, but it’s the exact opposite. I was greeted with open arms and a smile. It was just me at the bar, as to what i previously mentioned I ordered quickly.

The chef didn’t skip a beat, details, flavor, presentation were on point. On some of the dishes I was pleasantly surprised.

“Without a doubt, this is my absolute favorite sushi spot in Miami. Tonight's meal was incredible! The Tiradito appetizer was a revelation – the fresh salmon, tuna, and white fish, simply dressed in lime juice with a hint of salt and seeds, were melt-in-your-mouth perfection. The sushi pizza? An addictive fusion of Latin flavors that's impossible to resist. I also tried two new items: the Kiss Me Twice Roll with roasted bell peppers and the Dubai Crepe, both instant favorites. “Sesame Asian is pretty far from me but I have been seeing promos so I took the leap and tried it. I arrived on Friday night and there was plenty of parking in the parking lot. I had friends who had already arrived so we met them in a booth. The con about this part - we didn't see a server for 20 minutes. We had a canteen of water on the table but no water glasses. My guest and I were pretty thirsty for these 20 minutes. We didn't see the original server my friends had seen so we just flagged someone.

Food - pretty impressive for the price. You get unlimited lobster, crab legs, raw oysters, sushi, hot food, dimsum and dessert. They did include a menu where each paying guest can choose one item out of the 4 items they had to be freshly cooked for your table. I went with the creamy udon pasta and my guest chose the lobster. We didn't like that the lobster on the buffet was a full lobster where we had to break it ourselves and that it was cold. When it's cold, the meat is a bit tougher. The oysters were delicious but they didn't have any vinaigrette to pair with. Sushi and sashimi was good. Dimsum were in heated bamboo trays and were decent. The hot food did have a few items that look interesting such as sesame chicken and bulgogi but these items looked overcooked sitting in a heater.

I would say I definitely got my money's worth with a full lobster and oysters. I also really loved the creamy udon pasta and would come back ASAP for that! I did appreciate the scissors and crackers they left next to the lobster because we needed that to break our lobster. It was a lot of work. Last, they brought dessert out to us. We received strawberry ice cream, passion fruit shaved ice, chocolate cheesecake and macarons. I don't think they necessarily go together but we split this and it was a sweet ending.“
