“I finally found the Chinese food I have been craving for several years. Steamed dumplings are tender and filled perfectly, not dry, perfectly moist with a very good dipping sauce. Orange Chicken, perfectly seasoned, moist and tender with the perfect orange sauce. House Lomien is full of perfectly cooked pork, chicken and shrimp. It was top notch. Back Choy is delicious and couldn’t be better. Rachel was the server and also took my order over the telephone. She is exceptionally courteous and thorough, repeating the order to ensure she got it right and making sure all of the condiments were in my bag. This was the best restaurant experience that I’ve had in a long time. The restaurant is small and there are tables if you want to eat in . It was very clean.
