“We visited while on vacation. The first time we had the ice cream and some of the chocolates. The next day we returned and bought more ice cream, chocolates, and candy as souvenirs to take home to the kids. Everything was delicious and the service was great. Everyone was friendly and looked like they genuinely enjoyed their job. I love the decor too.“

“Yummy ice cream and shaved ice, and incredible customer service! It was a hot December day and Robbie’s and Charli’s Shave Ice was the perfect place to get a snack! Large menu, multiple sizes, fast service (especially when you have tons of people and only one person behind the bus). We have members in our party with celiac and when asked if anything was gluten free, for celiac, they answered and even offered to show us the tubs of ice cream and flavor bottles! There was a mix up on our end and when I reached out later, the owners were incredibly helpful and understanding. This is definitely a small business you should support! The owners are great, service is fast, prices are decent, location is great, snacks are yummy! This will be on our list for when we come back to the keys! Also don’t miss the key lime pie ice cream!“

“Soft serve ice cream was decent but was NOT 100% vegan as the website proudly suggests. They had three flavors that weren’t vegan and three fruit flavors that were. Most of the toppings were vegan. Overall was just ok. Was kind of hard to find in the resort. The girl that helped us was nice.“

“I'm giving this 5 stars just because of what I saw while driving by this Dairy Queen. At around 9:20 there was a tall employee going TO TOWN with a mop or broom I couldn't tell. All I know is that those floors are gunna be SPOTTLESS tomorrow. I might go in just to see my own reflection from the ground. That man needs a raise and a lobster dinner with the owner of the franchise.“
