“We just tried it for the first time and we had nothing but, positive experience. We tried pretty much everything on the menu. We had salad, chicken strips, chicken nuggets, chicken sandwich, milkshakes. Also, I'm guessing it was the manager, he was more then nice and accommodating.“

“After shopping at target came here to grab a quick bite as we were feeling a bit hungry. Approaching the drive through line was a bit busy but when it came to the ordering side it was just a car in front of me and then comes me the second lane was bit busy. Tell me why it took so long for someone to come to my car window to attend to me and take my order when that lane had 2 worker while the second lane just have one ? And that one worker was walking up to each car in that lane as soon as she was finished. Although the service was iffy the food was good expect the fries they were Wayyyyyyy tooo DAMN SALTY.“

“This location has THE best customer service. They delivered the food to table, one drink had some leak on lid and the associate took it back to clean it off!! Then My Dr. Pepper tasted watered down i was just letting them know, so they knew. an associate gave me a different drink but one of the other ones went in the back and actually fixed the machine. Came out and brought me a fresh dr. pepper! BETTER SERVICE THAN A FANCY RESTAURANT!! GOOD JOB CHICK-FIL-A 👏🏼👏🏼🫶🏼“

“This was my first time visiting one of these. I didn't really know what it was initially. It's a fried chicken quick service restaurant that started as an ice cream shop. The place was clean and had plenty of friendly staff. Both are rare these days in quick service restaurants. They only serve dark meat, which lucky for me, which is what I prefer. The pieces were large and very crispy. It was served quickly and hot. Great to have a friendly face take my order as opposed to having to do it myself at a kiosk. The only issue worth mentioning was that the restroom needed attention at the time.“

“Stop by on lunch break from Osteen Volkswagen and the cashier whose name is Sade took my order. During checkout my card and the machine was giving us both a problem and moving extremely slow, as I pulled out my second card and cash, Sade proceeded to cash me out with her own card. I was so caught off guard with such a kind act, I didn't know what to say or do but thank her and told her I had it in cash but she insisted. To those in management she is a true definition of customer service and customer care. Sade you rock, keep up the great work and thank you again.“

“Chick fil a always rocks! Their management team should run for president. They have great, personable employees, they keep prices affordable for good, hot food, they deliver the product in fast, efficient and FRIENDLY manner. And your order is always right and even has napkins, straws, ketchup, and salt and pepper. The line can be wrapped around the building out to the street, and they still treat you like you are the most important person of the day. All other fast food restaurants should take note. I normally order through the app and go through the drive-thru and pick it up, but if Im in a rush I order using the app and just go on the inside and they have your name on a board once your orders up you go and pick it up“

I was under the impression this was going to be a giant multi lane even faster more convenient location but they only have 1 lane for orders (and one for mobile and all the delivery drivers). Took twice as long as McDonald’s breakfast. Hopefully they redesign. Love the food and staff, but not much common sense thinking when it came to layout and design of parking lot and drive thru.“
