“Excellent meal and dining experience. My wife and I really miss the old Shula’s 347 and have been waiting for a new go-to restaurant to open in the South Miami/Pinecrest area. We found it…in the same location. The Caesar salad and [not so] spicy tuna tartare were an excellent start complemented by the roasted chicken dish with broccolini on the side. Each plate was as good or better than the last, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was terrific. We even had an unexpected Chef Jeremy Ford sighting as he presented a beautiful Tomahawk Ribeye to a neighboring table. Can’t wait to go back!“

The decor is absolutely gorgeous inside and outside and the tables are very comfortably spaced. From your first hello until your last step in the restaurant, everybody you interact with is extremely attentive, friendly, and eager to help you out. But most importantly, the flavors of this place are exquisite. We went as a group of four and shared an array of about eight dishes and it is impossible to pick a favorite. “Good food and environment. I play soccer on the back of the restaurant each Thursday, and many of those days, after the game, we go and eat, and have fun. Despite of our attire, we have been accepted. Sometimes is full, and last night we waited for almost half an hour. I even invited the Consul of Honduras with us (you will see some diplomats going in the future), and liked it as well. I also visit you guys during the day with clients. “Honest review. I would go back for the beers, atmosphere and service.The atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff will make you feel like you’re not in Miami. The service is very fast as well!I very much appreciate their own flavors to their Tex?Mex? inspired style BBQ but in the end the recipes need some work to really pull it off.The queso didn’t have much cheesy flavor or consistency, the frito pie is lacking the most important part which is a good chili-meat, the meats have 0 smoked flavor, the flour tortillas are under cooked yet over cooked giving the normally cloud soft flour tortilla a stiff texture. The beer and the corn bread were fantastic!“

“The food and drinks for the most part were good but obviously the live entertainment and vibes were what made it. The host was friendly but the servers were a bit inattentive and they were hard to grab their attention. They also never checked in on us. We had two servers, one at our table inside and one outside. They also charge 7% service charge on top of the automatic 18% tip here - which other Miami restaurants don’t do (they just charge 20% automatically). I would come back just for the live entertainment and the outdoor seating in the back. We smoked our cigars there and it was a beautiful setting.“

“Wow!!! I reserved a table for my mother and my sister boyfriend because they share the same bday which I was nervous about. We went for happy hour into dinner. The drinks were AMAZING! We order spicy Korean wings, Tostón con ceviche and shrimp taco it was soooo good. We ordered dinner with sushi and fried rice .. the rice was delicious. Everything was delicious!! Our waiter her name is Charity and her service was hands down the best .. she recommended what’s good and popular and so attentive. “My first time experience in talavera was great and the restaurant had a nice vibe. Our server Javier was fantastic and the food was delicious. The Guacamole with chicharron was amazing & the tacos were awesome and a nice portion and variety. They have a full stock bar and variety of drinks so you have plenty to choose from, the margarita was great! I will definitely be returning to talavera to try the rest of their delicious menu. “The atmosphere and the service were on point. Unfortunately the food was not. The salmon tacos were a disappointment even though the server recommended them. The lime-cabbage "salad" was minuscule and hidden under the salmon which was lacking in flavor. The salmon portions were a good size. Where were the cilantro, jalapeños, avocado, as listed on the description? The salsa portion was gone in two bites. I remember going to Mariposa when it first opened and it was exquisite. It wasn't close to that during my visit. They were out of decaf coffee? Really?“

“If you're looking to do happy hour in the grove, this oyster bar should be your first stop! The oyster bar is located behind the Eva restaurant - there is bar seating (seats about 8) and a few high top tables. I recommend getting there early (before 6pm) if you want to guarantee seating. Every day, they serve happy hour oysters for $1.50. They change the oysters depending on their availability, but I've been twice and the oysters are delicious for the price. They also have better quality oysters (both east and west coast) that you can get for around $3.50 each. They also have drink specials for beer and wine (wine $9 and beer $6). Not the best prices for happy hour, but if you have a drink with your oysters, it's overall a wonderful experience. I'll be back again soon!“

“There are many dining options in CG, but sometimes it’s hard to find something that doesn’t break the bank with food you would come back for. This was a find. My wife and I live nearby and it’s now an option for a non-extravagant and not too expensive neighborhood dinner for two. Half-price bottles of wine on Wednesdays help. All the food was great, the grilled octopus with the green mole and potatoes was particularly delicious and well made. Some of the staff was new, but they were extremely pleasant and professional. Only not so great detail was the music, it really didn’t go with the green, cosy, laid-back atmosphere and we needed to strain our voices even though it was early and there were few other patrons.“

“going to bar Nancy gives you a vibe of being at a house party. It's the right amount of people it's the right amount of alcohol and the right amount of great music. Go with friends and you'll feel like you're in a little house party with your friends just relaxing and there just happen to be other people you haven't met there yet. The restaurant was nice but limited views, if sitting at a table rooftop, there is one section that has great views of coral Gables, there are two other bars with minimum views and one bar sitting with view of roof. The tapas selection was delicious, raw oysters were fresh and tasty. Drinks were ok some are pre-made, the expreaao martini was strong and delicious. The menu does state the pre batch cocktails vs made to order. Corvina ceviche, ham and manchego croquettes and the oxtail were delicious. Great ambiance with limited views for a rooftop restaurant“

“Dolphin mall needed a Fat Tuesday! It right in the center, where you can sit and enjoy the music playing. My ultimate favorite drink is the Superman! The drinks are amazing and the combination you can create is endless. The service is amazing, and the prices are decent. Definitely should stop by and grab a drink!“

Our original plans didn't work out but SO glad they didn't because we were able to experience Spanglish . First you have to find the place, it's hidden behind a dark door with minimal signage. It's giving speakeasy vibes. Once you enter, the atmosphere is very intimate, romantic, artsy and inviting. Our waiter was so friendly and attentive and the chef came out to personally tell us about the special for that evening. “Had a great date night with a friend. It was our first time there. A shout out to Dennis our waitperson. He was engaging, prompt, and knew that line between being present to speak to our needs without being overbearing. We really enjoyed meeting him. This is another one of Olympia's upscale restaurants. You're greeted with a lot of noise as you enter. The acoustics shoot a lot of patron noise to the front door so be sure to sit on the raised platform near the bar or in the second room of you want a quieter experience. I had the fish and chips and my friend had the chicken pot pie. Both were very good. You'd think living in the Pacific NW good fish and chips would be served at most restaurants. Nope. It's almost always prepared with too heavy a batter. Uptown Grill crafted a delicious version that was breaded just right and fried to perfection. The chicken pot pie looked delicious and my friend said it was very good.The one negative element was my martini. I asked for a dirty martini with a twist of lemon and olives. The drink was fine but the presentation was lacking. One olive and a twist dropped into the glass. If they charge 12 bucks for a drink I'd hope they'd craft its appearance to match the cost. Didn't stop me from ordering second, though. I was thirsty!!“

“Sipsip is a great rooftop bar right in the heart of Coconut Grove! The views at sunset are spectacular, and they have an extensive happy hour menu including both food and drink specials. I recommend the sliders and the rum cocktail, and they have a good selection of beers as well. There's usually a lot of staff members even at peak hours when the bar tends to get busy, so I've never had to wait too long to be served. To get to the rooftop, just walk thru the lobby of the hotel and head to the elevators on the left of the atrium. You won't be disappointed!“

“I recently came here to watch an Arsenal soccer game as this is a bar that supports the team here in Miami. What a fun time! It honestly felt like I was back in college. Of course, not the college bar prices. I can't speak to what it's normally like as I came Saturday mid day to watch a game and then again yesterday around the same time, but the vibe was really fun! Service was a bit slow to get a drink, but it was pretty packed. I tried the " Award Winning Wings" as well. $16 for 10 and we did 5 Asian style and 5 lemon pepper. Pretty good!“

“Had a light lunch at Cascade poolside at the Biltmore and it was fabulous. You can’t beat the beautiful location next to the pool. I ordered Shrimp Ceviche and a Stella. The ceviche was very fresh with bits of avocado, mango and jalapeño and lots of lime juice. It was very tart just the way I like it. The chips were fantastic with a sprinkling of Tejin—Spicy and crunchy. They were out of Stella on tap, so I had the can, which was fine, but not as good a the tap. The service was prompt and friendly. If the rest of the menu is a good as the Ceviche, you’re in luck!“

“Earls is always a great place to go for a good time! Today, our hosts Jess and Cami were kind enough to change our table when we asked to be moved due to the sun. They were very accommodating and moved us quickly. Our waiter, Julia, was also fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed for a great dining experience. The manager, Ray, even stopped by our table to check in and make sure we were doing well. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be returning to Earls again soon!“

Excellent dishes as we used only small plates but the mussels were outstanding and so were the tuna tostones and croque Mamey plates ordered. Lenin our server was excellent and left us feeling like we needed to come back. The place felt a little empty as Lenin described the wariness people have expressed recently with the chef change. But put your fears aside, this place might be better than before.“

We went on Thursday night without knowing that they had classes, and we were able to learn a bunch of the line dances! I love that they have a seasonal menu that is always a beautiful fresh addition to their wonderful regular menu. I had dinner there recently and decided to try a few of their summer specials.
