“Sip 305 is hands down one of my favorite spots in Miami! Every time I visit, I’m impressed not only by the quality of their drinks but by the amazing service. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and super knowledgeable about the menu. They take their time to offer recommendations and make sure your order is exactly how you like it — you can really tell they care about the customer experience.

Their drink menu is incredible with so many creative options, from refreshing energy drinks to delicious specialty coffees and smoothies. I tried their iced matcha latte and it was perfectly smooth, not too sweet, just how I like it. The Sunshine Sodas are also a must-try — super refreshing and unique!

Aside from the drinks, their dessert options are just as impressive. I tried the cookie sandwich and it was absolutely decadent. Everything tastes fresh and is presented beautifully.

The prices are also very affordable compared to similar cuban food restaurants. Food was good, we ordered the typical cuban food although there are many options for those who prefer other food. They have a smaller bakery towards the middle and a big one on the other side. The amount of items is sure to please all. Is normally very crowded around lunch time so don't forget to grab a number to be served. Bakery prices are also in line with Latin bakeries. The cortadito coffee isnone of the best I have tried in many years of living in South Florida.“

The flavors are just right not too sweet or too sour, the combination of fruits sweetness mixes well with the tea.

You can add as much boba as you want, I’m looking forward to their milk teas.

“This place is a great new addition to the area. It has great food, especially the healthy but savory salads. My favorite is the Halloumi Salad, a great combination of lentils, cheese, sweet potatoes, avocado and greens.
They also have breakfast and deli items such as omelet, sandwiches (regular and mini sizes) and empanadas.
On the sweet side, they have a great assortment of regular and mini desserts that you can try without feeling guilty about breaking your diet!
