“Best Taco Bell service received with abysmal food quality. Cashier Karen was a delight. As a point of reference the Seminole Taco Bell today was a 10/10 outstanding. This is genuinely the worst Taco Bell food quality I have ever experienced. Same product I always order, but it was cold, soggy, dry, tasted left out for hours, and still had cheese which was my first request (no cheese.) The food was shockingly bad.“

“We passed by Sam’s and had to turn around because we were so enticed! We ordered the original gyro with fries, a philly cheese steak with hummus, and some chocolate cake.

The hummus was absolutely amazing. It was super flavorful and unlike anything we have ever had before. The gyro had a lot of flavor to it as well as the chocolate cake.

It was a nice atmosphere and we felt very comfortable. The food came out fast and the staff was friendly.

We will definitely be coming back!“

“Chicken fingers were hot and juicy. Breading is not spiced. Spices sauce was perfect with them. Honey mustard wasn't good. Root beer was out and we were only told "we know" . I checked back halfway through our meal and it had not been fixed. I had to ask if I could get one from behind service counter at the fountain there.
Poor service from counter people and need an attitude correction.
The ceiling fan blades in outside eating area where broken. Sad to see for a new business. They did not clean up around the inside eating area. Sauce on the floor a very long time that someone could have slipped on!

“I've been driving past this place for a while now. My buddy said, "Why don't we stop in." It's one of the top Philly stakes around.. so, for a quick bit turned me now, wanting this once a week. Y'all, I recently got back from Philadelphia and tried my first cheesesteak. I can honestly tell you this is top-notch you must try.

Parking: Parking is accessible, and if you get lucky, you might get the front row.

Kid-friendliness: Kids will most definitely have a little fun in there checking out all the photos and whatnot.

“The basil pesto chicken sandwich is fantastic, if not a little leaky. Still giving it 5 stars though because you just can’t get anything near this quality from fast food in this area. The staff doesn’t seem as depressed as you’d find in Wendy’s, which is a low bar, but it’s something. We need less McDonalds and more of this.

Kid-friendliness: The young man that took our order was really cool about my deliriously sleepy toddler. Appreciated that a lot.“

“Stopped in when I saw they had Hot Dogs on the menu! Quick and super friendly drive thru service. I was surprised to see they had so many offerings (hamburger, chicken fingers, Buffalo chicken wrap, onion rings, salads, sandwiches). Highly recommend giving them a shot!“

I ordered extra BBQ sauce and I didn't get any at all... instead I got a dry burger and I was so looking forward to my lunch today, I might as well have gotten McDonald's I was so disappointed with the burger...and the fries were super cold as well. “Tonight’s dinner was thanks to DQ. The joy on my husband’s face when he opened the box and found the “perfect” hot dog. The crew tonight went above and beyond to make sure my 9 year old had her fries that she thought she ordered, she didn’t but they remedied that. “Just ate here for the first time. Even though I unknowingly walked in 6 minutes from closing time, the staff was kind and fast. As soon as we got home, there were few items that were missing and we were so sad. So we decided to call the store about it. Luckily the crews were very nice enough and very professional. They were able to do a refund right away for the items that are missing. To the people that work that day Thank you all for your patience and kindness. Also I should of wrote this when it happened, but I just remembered a couple of really touching stories from here and wanted to acknowledge even though it's very late. When my daughter was a new born, I went there to pick up some food and the staff paid for my food which was so sweet. Also around the same time give or take a year I went through the drive thru and the menu had recently changed and I accidentally ordered my roast beef without the cheese. After I realized I turned around and went back to order the right sandwich. When I pulled up the guy said weren't you just here? And I explained what happened and he gave me the correct sandwich for free.“

“Way to go guys! Felt really welcomed the moment I stepped inside by Jacob, the Manager. Really cool guy - I hadn't been here before and he gave me a great rundown on the burgers and point of difference.

I got a combo with a triple burger (not on the menu per se, but ya just upgrade a double burger). Tasted great, fresh and love that buttery bun. The fries are crinkle cut too, so nice and crisp and really good.

An honorable mention to Robert and Mike too, great guys. Jacob even checked in on me when I was half way through my burger to see how I liked it. Yeap, like the Terminator, I'll be back.

“We LOVE the staff here tonight (we came back twice in one week). They were patient, friendly, and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond with our order and had a friendly conversation during the whole process. They even made my toddler a special pizza, after she was begging for fries. They were so friendly and was able to make her happy with her special pizza. She even ate it ALL!!! They then surprised her with a fire hat and she had the biggest smile on her face. We love the staff here tonight, exceptional customer service and we definitely look forward to coming back.“
