“My order was missing an item so I went back into the drive thru to get it. There were polite and said pull forward. I was handed a bag with a completely different item! Third drive around they got it right and gave me a free drink. Luckily it wasn't busy. Nice staff, food was on par, but I was not thrilled about having to go back twice.“

I would say the burger patty itself is a little thin for me, as I wouldn't necessarily want to have to get a two patty burger. But the burger itself has great flavor as well as the French fries. “I grew up, not too far from the original on Revere Beach Boulevard Revere, Massachusetts. Now that I live in Hillsborough, I couldn’t be happier that this Kelly’s roast beef is at this location close to the beach. The food was absolutely delicious. Taste just like home and the original and the staff was friendly restaurant was clean. I will be back again and again I recommend you all come here and enjoy true New England style roast beef and seafood.“

The crew tonight went above and beyond to make sure my 9 year old had her fries that she thought she ordered, she didn’t but they remedied that. I ordered extra BBQ sauce and I didn't get any at all... instead I got a dry burger and I was so looking forward to my lunch today, I might as well have gotten McDonald's I was so disappointed with the burger...and the fries were super cold as well. As soon as we got home, there were few items that were missing and we were so sad. So we decided to call the store about it. Luckily the crews were very nice enough and very professional. “We love Hardee's, the burgers are delicious chicken nuggets crispy sort of and french fries are hot or miss either great or not so great. Prices are a bit up there but then again what isn't expensive anymore. Great combo choices. Atmosphere is ok it could be a bit cleaner (tables and soda machine stickey, looks unkept) but maybe we came in after a big rush I don't know.

Try not to be one of those individuals who don't eat meat and go to a BURGER joint looking for an all veggie meal.“

“I’ve been coming to this specific Culver’s for years and I just came through the drive thru and Tanya (Tonya) not sure how she spelled it— was excellent. She had such a charisma and positive aura about her and she made my experience more than pleasant. Employees being genuine is hard to come by in 2025. When I arrived to give them my written order (I don’t like making online orders at any establishment), they were extremely helpful and seemed like they understood the order. I explained that I would pick-up the order between 5/5:15. When I arrived they were working like a team and heating the subs.
The subs were fresh and warm and the orders were 100% correct. That is the location I use. A few months ago we were meeting friends there and my diabetic husband started ‘crashing’ from low blood sugar. We walked in sat him down quickly explained the situation to the cashier and asked if I could take a brownie to him and then order. They agreed and asked what else he needed, and checked on him, they quickly prepared his order and his sugar went back to normal.
