“My order was missing an item so I went back into the drive thru to get it. There were polite and said pull forward. I was handed a bag with a completely different item! Third drive around they got it right and gave me a free drink. Luckily it wasn't busy. Nice staff, food was on par, but I was not thrilled about having to go back twice.“

“Siris is always our first stop when we get to Gulfport. We love their Strombolis, garlic knots and burgers. This place is the best in a “sea” of great restaurants.“

The crew tonight went above and beyond to make sure my 9 year old had her fries that she thought she ordered, she didn’t but they remedied that. I ordered extra BBQ sauce and I didn't get any at all... instead I got a dry burger and I was so looking forward to my lunch today, I might as well have gotten McDonald's I was so disappointed with the burger...and the fries were super cold as well. I have to say the burger was pretty good, much better than McDonald’s and Wendy’s! “On Feb 19 right after the Parokya ni Rdgar concert, we decided to come stop by at Jollibeee before heading home. We are 7hrs away. We had big orders to take home. As soon as we got home, there were few items that were missing and we were so sad. So we decided to call the store about it. Luckily the crews were very nice enough and very professional. They were able to do a refund right away for the items that are missing. To the people that work that day Thank you all for your patience and kindness. “Iyanna is Awesome. She goes out of her way to make. The customer feel welcomed walked me over to the hot sauces and showed me her personal favorites. I've never actually gone over to the hot sauce area because typically I do not really handle the heat, but she pointed out the ones that aren't too hot and I actually took her recommendation. You don't get that all the time employees taking the time to really make the visit memorable. She is awesome and just hope someone sees this and recognizes her for being great. Food was good. Restaurant was clean and my order was handled quickly!“

“First and foremost we walked inside and this establishment was completely clean. I ordered the catfish and had some gizzards on the side. I was thoroughly pleased. The kicker for me was the sweet tea! I secretly judge places that do not have great sweet tea. I don’t drink it often, so when I do I can’t afford to waste calories on terrible tea. Priscilla who provided amazing customer service, made it and she will be the reason I will be back! She knows what she is doing! Great people make the experience better and now my first time will not be my last!“

“This is one of the few Chick-Fil-A's that still serve regular chicken tenders, which are me and my family's favorite entreé. The service is always great and even with the drive thru wrapped around the restaurant, you still get in and out pretty fast. “Dylan assisted me a couple of weeks ago and their personality and presence was great. I was ordering about 8 meals and usually let people know ahead of time I have a large order. They met me with kindness and really made sure that they listened to my order and that they got every part of it correct.
Most times when I'm placing a large order at places I feel like I am being rushed, but here I did not feel that.“

Nobody has this and it’s great.“

I have weird bowl modifications and I know I’m a pain — but not once have I ever felt like they didn’t care.
