“We discovered J&M Fusion Cuisine by chance, and it was a wonderful surprise. The welcome is warm, with the owner, José, very friendly and welcoming, who immediately puts you at ease. You feel right at home.

The cuisine is authentic and refined, with homemade dishes that blend Ecuadorian, Mexican, and Asian flavors. The menu is varied, offering sushi, burgers, grilled dishes, as well as Honduran specialties, which we tried in both chicken and beef versions. Today is my parents 58th wedding anniversary and they both wanted to go to sushi maki to celebrate for lunch. As always we were greeted with friendly hand waves. Leo was our waiter and gave us the incredible service that we are used to. We told him we were there to celebrate my parents anniversary and at the end of our meal he brought out an assortment of dessert treats on the house.
