“We stumbled across this place by accident but decided to try it out. This is a small and elegant restaurant, great for a date. Place maybe holds 40 people. We got empanadas for appetizer, wife got some white fish chunk ceviche, other wife (her cousin) got thin sliced samon and I got filet mignon with fried rice plus we shared a plate of sushi. Everything was amazing. Full of flavor, well prepared, excellent service. Just the whole night was very pleasant. Highly recommend trying this place out.“

The sea bass serving is generous, perfectly prepared and the fish flaky. The claypot rice is comforting. We added duck to ours which was flavorful but I do love the rice without an added protein. . The bok choy is vibrant while the sweet potato has a buttery, smoky goodness. I absolutely love the fried chicken and the ribs here!

“We recently dined here on a Sunday evening around 6:30 PM. The restaurant was moderately busy — not empty, but not fully packed either. Overall, the food was very good, and our waiter was attentive without being intrusive, which we truly appreciated. However, there were a couple of things that could use improvement. We were seated in a corner booth, and the tables next to us were empty. At one point, I asked my husband to sit next to me briefly so we could take a quick selfie — something that took less than two minutes. Out of nowhere, the hostess approached us in a chastising tone and told us we couldn't sit like that because the table was reserved. The interaction felt unnecessarily stern, especially considering the seats were empty at the time and remained empty for at least 45 minutes afterward. We tried to explain that it was only for a quick photo, but she did not acknowledge what we said. She delivered her message and walked away without any further response. The tone and manner of the interaction felt condescending and quite rude, which unfortunately left a negative impression. Additionally, when making the reservation, we were asked whether we were celebrating a special occasion, and we said yes. We were even asked about it again when we were seated. However, it was never mentioned afterward, and there was no acknowledgment during the meal. At a restaurant of this caliber, you would assume there is a purpose for noting special occasions during the reservation process, so that lack of follow-through was disappointing. Again, the food was good, and our server did a great job. With a bit more attention to hospitality and guest experience — especially in tone and follow-through on details — the overall experience could have been much better.“
