“Great service from Amanda, refreshing tea, tender beef brisket, yummy mustard forward bbq classic sauce and sweet bbq sauce, bbq beans and smoked lime beans and.... jonny cake. Delicious ? They are very generous with drinks the cups are huge. We ordered the lunch brisket and turkey breast.we both agreed brisket was better. I expected to get a smoked turkey breast but instead received what looked like turkey lunch meat. We will go back as we would like to try the ribs.“

“My Dad, my brother, and I experienced a for real deal BBQ restaurant, today. I had a feeling that BlueLineQ wasn't going to disappoint, just by viewing their Facebook page (which they did not). I believe we were the first customers of the day at 11:10am after driving approximately 1 1/2 hours to get there. We had great service and great food. I had the Dino beef rib plate and my Dad and brother had the ribs and brisket plate, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Also, we chatted with Matt about his BBQ style and cooking techniques and we had the opportunity to view the gigantic smoker right outside the door. As a fellow BBQ enthusiast, Matt gave me great advise on my future endeavors. I believe he is as honest and sincere as they come. I will be coming back and I recommend this establishment to others.“
