“Ovation Bistro & Bar in Winter Haven is a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxed, satisfying meal. The service was excellent from start to finish—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which really elevated the experience. The salads were spectacular: fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The meats, while cooked well, were a bit on the bland side and could have used a little more seasoning or depth of flavor. But the meal ended on a high note with their carrot cake, which was absolutely perfect—moist, rich, and full of delicious spice without being overly sweet. Overall, a great dining experience with standout service and amazing salads, with just a little room for improvement on the entrées. Would happily return!“

Not very conversational but served none the less. Lots of booze to choose from, wish all pours were priced…lot’s to explore. Food wise I had the quinoa bowl with veggies and a light marg cocktail that was a lovely suggestion from their qr code menu. Wifi didnt work but tapped into my hot spot to get a little work done. Music was on point albeit a litttle loud for time of day. Staff eventually self adjusted. Overall rec this place if in the area. Thank you for what you do!“

“A hidden gem. I stopped in here for a few drinks one Saturday, and really liked the unique vibe. Has had the same owner for a very long time(who seems like a really great, genuine guy) and the drink prices were very reasonable. Would recommend you stop by if you're in Haines City!“

“Was on my way home to do some shopping for my son. Taking him out to go coat shopping. Along the way, I knew I had a few minutes to spare, and stumbled upon taps and corks. I stopped inside sat at the bar, quietly snuck in on Travis while he was attending two guests that had walked in previous to myself. He greeted me with a warm. Wow! You snuck in on me, I proceeded to order a Maker's Mark old fashion with extra bitters. He asked if orange bitters was okay and being my favorite for a traditional old fashioned. I obliged. Travis made small talk throughout the visit, proceeding to encourage my exploration of the venue, and to my surprise, I was realizing how expansive it actually is. There's a perfect area on the back overlooking a beautiful small body of water, lounge chairs and a cozy atmosphere providing plenty of games such as beer pong, pool tables, dart boards, etc. And the bar is huge. Plenty of places to feel nice and comfortable in this place. Thank you so much Travis for making me feel so welcome. Thank you for your wonderful attention to detail and service standard. I will be coming back as a local watering hole guest! See you soon!“

I am from Canada and loved every minute I spent there, thanks to my friend who found this place the year prior. We had Braxton as our server and he was an absolute rockstar. Fast, prompt, and charming! He did a great job, and our table was very well taken care of.
