“Absolutely wonderful, fine dining Italian dinner at Epcot! It’s a gorgeous and classy dining room with incredibly kind and gracious hosts who checked us in and then led us to our table. Gian Marco was our very nice server who took great care of us. We started with good rolls dipped in olive oil, bread sticks, and the fried calimari appetizer. The squid rings were the most tender and tastiest we’ve ever had. For dinner, my wife had the Italian “surf and turf”, Mare e Monti, which was a delicious braised beef short rib and lobster ravioli. I had the Salmone, which was a nice piece of grilled salmon served atop mashed potatoes over diced tomatoes, capers, olives and anchovies. It was fantastic! We finished this gourmet meal with the tastiest Tiramisu and a Cannolo. The perfect end to a perfect meal. We spoke with Sarah, one of the managers, and she explained that much of the staff are actually from Italy and are working here and gaining experience at a resort style restaurant. They all work together to provide the hospitality and dining experience that must be savored and celebrated!“

Our server, Nayeli, was outstanding—attentive, knowledgeable, and quick with spot-on recommendations. The clothesline bacon was a definite highlight. A savory-sweet indulgence, but what really surprised me was the rosemary garnish. Just a touch of it with each bite completely opened up the flavor—adding a subtle, aromatic layer that elevated the whole dish. It's an unexpected twist that truly works. Also, shoutout to the bar: the scotch Old Fashioned was one of the best I’ve had—easily in my top five. Balanced, smooth, and clearly made with intention. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates bold flavors, thoughtful cocktails, and sharp, attentive service. We’ll absolutely be back.“

“We stopped by the Baseline Tap House for an afternoon snack. Ordering was quick and easy, and there were plenty of available tables. Shared a cheese platter and pretzel with mustard. The cheese platter was inexpensive and better than expected. Great option at Hollywood Studios if you do not want a meal.“

“We love Geyser Point. Small menu but a great Bison Cheeseburger. They even have a gluten free bun for the burger and can remove the crispy onion straws from the burger to make it gluten free.

Boyfriend has tried the Turkey BLT Sandwich and liked it.

We tried the macaroni & “cheese” bites (plant based) before I had to go gluten free. No, we are not plant based. We just wanted to try them. They were very good.

Highly recommend going in the evening/night. Cute little outdoor restaurant and bar by Bay Lake. They play the music for Happily Ever After. You can see and hear the music for the electric parade on the water.“

“Here is my take on the place. If you like tequila and shots this place can be very good. However I think it’s a big overpriced and the margaritas are a bit weak for the price. I do want to comment they have a huge selection of different types of tequila which makes this place very unique.“

Wifey had the NY strip and it was quality and cooked perfectly. The noise was a little much but it is in a family hotel so there were many screaming children. Overall it was worth the noise.“

“My first character dinner was here today. Food was okay, but I especially liked the beef stew. The characters came around to my table at least twice each. The most interactive one today was Pluto. Mickey and Minnie being the most popular took a little longer to visit. It wasn’t till the end that a cast member offered to take my picture with my son for a character. That’s my only negative. So I only have a picture with goofy, my son and myself. The rest were single shots taken by myself or my son. The experience was worth it just to see my sons face lit up like a jack o lantern the whole time!“

“Location right adjacent to the Indiana jones stunt spectacular. Significant parallel and I ordered the classic funnel cake with powdered sugar. There’s really nothing like fried dough sprinkled with powders sugar mixed with attraction rides. I couldn’t stop eating it til it was all gone. I enjoyed every pieces of doughy texture down to the crispy ends. Washing hands before and afterwards would be recommended along with some napkins as well. We also asked for two cups of water which they provided for free. Enjoy!“

“We had an outstanding experience here, from check-in to departure. We didn’t have a reservation, but we were able to get in immediately. All three of us had the cheeseburger, and one of us had it with a gf bun. As Disney does, they gave our gf person their own menu and sent out someone from the kitchen to consult on allergy needs. The atmosphere is relaxed with excellent light and open space. Our waiter, Antonio was exceptional. We learned later that this is a favorite of Disney-goers, so we were glad to have had the experience.“
