“Thirsty Whale is amazing! Best drinks and bartenders in Lake Mary! Shannon and David took amazing care of us every time we come in! This bar is an EVERYONE WELCONE kind of bar. I highly recommend stopping in! Dont listen to the nasty review by the disgruntled previous customer who got kicked out for good reasons. “The servers are very attentive and friendly and they know the menu inside and out. Once you order the food is out super quick. Drinks can get a little pricey if you don't buy during happy hour. We've been here a few times for some company happy hours and will continue to do so.“

“We are from Houston Texas and we have some of the Best restaurants. Crab cakes I'd rate a 2 as I thought terrible flavor & terrible either old crabmeat or canned. Definitely not fresh lump crab meat. In Houston=Eddie V, Vic& Anthony, Balboa SurfClub, Etc. 5 star lump crab cakes. Lobster tempura = average would have been delicious with a warm garlic butter sauce. The chef cut 3 small pieces but then 1 big long piece = they should have been equal in size. Milk Bread is Delicious. Corn soufflé is Delicious! Brussels Sprouts needed to be more tender & needed more of a balsamic glaze = they tasted plain. Capital Grille & others in Houston has amazing balsamic brussel sprouts. Steak & SeaBass were very good. Friend said Beef Stroganoff good. Pickle dirty martini was very good. SERVICE IS EXCELLENT!5 Star+ We were in the circular corner booth and seat was lumpy not comfortable for the level of restaurant this is.“

“Highly recommend for family gatherings! We just had our Baby Shower in their event space & we had an amazing time. All the staff was super friendly, very accommodating and easy to work with & book. The food and drinks were delicious and fast. Our host/waitress was so sweet and fun and great about interacting with everyone at the shower. The kids present were very happy to feed the gators, visit the parrots, and pretty much wander around in between the games. I cannot recommend their services enough and I am beyond happy we chose here for our baby shower.“

“Paddy's Pub is a fantastic spot! They've got a ton of darts, great pool tables, and Golden Tee. The bar is well-stocked, there's plenty of space, and the atmosphere is really great. Had a good time here and will definitely be back and try the food. Tuesday had $1 wing special.“

“Tim and Eds’ Park Dive is the local place! Clean and friendly, “dive” is definitely tongue in cheek. Small without being cramped, you are immediately welcomed in like a friend and neighbor. There is a well-tended outside area with plenty of seating and occasional events. Prices are great but eat before you get here ‘cause there is no food. There is a nice selection of domestic a local craft beers and wines (but no liquor). Sports on tv and video games are there for entertainment, but conversation runs easy here and it’s a relaxing time.“

“This is a very fun place. The beers and drinks are literally half price than every bar in downtown Sanford. Thus the reason they are always busy and fun. They have touchtunes, a DJ, karaoke on Wednesday, Poker tournaments... and this list goes on. I always end up here as this has become my go-to. The food is a step above dive-bar bar food.“

“I've been coming here for years. Servers always try to do their best, though occasionally there aren't enough of them staffed on busy nights. The atmosphere can be a little loud at times and parking can be tough. Food is always good. The great service and strong drinks are what keep me coming back.“

“This was my second time trying ramen, and it was delicious! I had the Tonkotsu Ramen Black, without the hot sauce and it was amazing. Perfect ratio of broth to toppings. We had a variety of appetizers to start: pork gyoza, spicy shrimp tempura, edamame, and curry rice croquettes. Sorry no photos, they were too delicious to stop for a photo. They disappeared quite quickly. Yum! Arianna was super knowledgeable and friendly and guided these newbies through the Ramen choices.“

“The group of us dropped by for lunch around 1pm Saturday before going to the movies. I had the Blackened Mahi Tacos; my wife had the Coconut Shrimp Tacos. They were great, and the rest of our group enjoyed their meals as well. Their service prompt and attentive.“
