“I enjoyed this (very pricey) steakhouse. The food was well executed, and the staff was extremely friendly! The only caution I would give is, it's VERY slow! It took three hours to complete my meal (and I didn't order anything special)! The staff was very apologetic, and came by often to distract me from this issue, but it did start to get annoying after awhile! I did not regret coming here, and I thought once I got my meal it was great, but if you see the place is crowded use caution!“

“Service was great, you can tell the employees work hard and are running around on a busy night. The atmosphere is elegant while a bit dark and very confined. If your looking for a quiet roomy place this is not for you. Steak was cooked exactly as requested, my only recommendation is for a quality steakhouse the fries appeared to be from a discount grocer freezer section. Step up your game with shoestring truffle or something.“

“Leo, our server, was truly exceptional. He was very genuine, friendly, and made us feel welcome. It was a funny coincidence that he noticed it was our cheat meal of the week and made us laugh.Despite a large crowd, we were seated right away. We appreciated the manager checking in on us as soon as we sat down and throughout our meal. The young servers had a lot of positive energy and enthusiasm, making everyone very nice.I was impressed by a guy who was cleaning tables so thoroughly that I had to take a photo. He took his time to set the tables perfectly for the next guests, unlike other places that seat guests at dirty tables. It was clear that cleanliness was a priority here.We thoroughly enjoyed the food, especially the bread. Wow!“

We will definitely be giving this location another chance.Came here for lunch & it was extremely busy, so we expected a long wait time but as we entered the restaurant we didn’t wait long to be seated. The waiter didn’t pay attention to anything we really ordered, such as our loaded potato skins that never came out due to her forgetting to put the order in. Our food took 40 minutes to come out just for it to be cold. Love Texas Roadhouse but it just wasn’t good this time around. We noticed that when coming here you have a 50/50 shot at the food being excellent or terrible.“

“The traditional expectation that a meal at Ruth's Chris will be "the best" holds true at this restaurant in downtown West Palm Beach. Everything inside was just as it should be. The only thing that would hold me back from returning is the parking situation. They share a valet service with adjacent CityPlace--and it is expensive ($25 + tip) compared to a stand-alone restaurant where parking is provided. With that caveat I would definitely recommend Ruth's Chris to others.“

“I have to say this wow wow wow from the moment I walked in the doors to leaving everything was above and beyond the waitress sat me down, and then the waiter came and took my order suggested things for me. We started having a conversation, and by the end of the meal unexpectedly he brings me out a birthday cake because we were having a conversation. It was my birthday. Wow the food was delicious Service excellent can’t say more.“

“Chain steakhouse that feels like the West when you walk in. Huge line at 5pm on a Sunday. Decor of cowboys, cattle, the Midwest and Western decor lace entire inside. Feels homely inside and gets you in the mood to eat some good food. TIP: Call ahead to get on a "call ahead" line. Which is faster than just walking in. Saved us 30 mins. Got seated within 5 mins.Was seated, and greeted by the lovely Heather B. Chose our items, devoured our meals, enjoyed our time, and left happy. “Went to Longhorn (in Boynton Beach) b/c Texas Roadhouse was too crowded. It turns out that Longhorn is actually a better restaurant. Neater, cleaner, less crowded. AND EXCELLENT FOOD! I ordered a tossed greens salad with salmon, and it was tremendous. Chock full of lettuce and various vegetables, with a LARGE chunk of grilled salmon in the middle. Probably the best damn salad I've ever had (in my rather lengthy lifetime).. will definitely make Longhorn my go to restaurant over Texas Roadhouse. Longhorn just seemed to have a more upscale feel to it, and the food was superb. With that said, I'll be back!!“

“Nice place, full of pretense, though way less the dog-and-pony show than, say, Swifty's. Loved the crab/avocado "tower" salad and loved my peachy cocktail. Pal had the turkey avocado sandwich, which was delicious. They have elegant toothpick fries and crisp onion rings. We were seated outside, with a hostess clearing a vacated table for us. While briefly waiting, another hostess asked if we'd been helped, then told us it would be a long wait for outside...only to have the first gal come back to seat us. Ok. Waitress was delightful. Like that the outside dining is covered, although sun in January is low enough to make the tables/seats on the edge feel the sun. Great option for lunch in WPB. As an aside, the restroom was interesting (very clean). The wall paper in the ladies room had all these statements that appeared to allude to divorce or broken relationships (e.g., "starting again, again"). Not a divorcee myself by it struck me as oddly amusing. Didn't get a pic but we wondered what the men's room's wallpaper was!!“

“An Oasis!! Had an absolutely fantastic time at Rachel’s! I did not know what to expect upon entry, but was greeted in a courteous manner that did not diminish throughout my time. Nicolette was first to be my hostess, and I am glad it was her. A master of her craft and one of the very best. Attentive, inquisitive, knowledgeable, and obviously a sight to be seen!!
