“This is one of those hidden gems you’re apt to drive right by…. Don’t! Excellent food at this family owned establishment. We had chicken and steak burritos (I recommend the steak) as well as shrimp tacos. Ask for the hot sauce and def get the chips and guacamole.“

“Just left. 1/17/2025. Food is excellent but….service tonight was horrible. Never refilled water glasses, my husband got the burrito and asked for some queso to put over it. The girl brought him shredded cheese! Gave us a container for the guacamole and the wrong lid. In between each request we wondered if our waitress was coming back. Finally brought the bill and once again never came back. We finally took the bill to the front to pay. I love their food but when the service is bad it ruins everything 👎“

The journey your tastebuds go on, from the first bite to the last, is one everyone strives to experience when dining out. Not only is their food outstanding, but their customer service is excellent. For example, during Hurricane Milton, they were there for this community. When all of us were at home readying our homes for the storm, the staff remained at work to ensure everyone had access to a hot meal. When all of us were sitting without power, worrying about storm damage and cleaning up, the staff served our community with hot meals. This is going over and beyond in so many ways. I will be a forever client of this establishment due to their high-quality food and how they care about the communities they serve. We recently bought a home less than two miles from one of their locations. I am not exaggerating when I tell you I eat here five days a week, sometimes more. We volunteer at Bartow Middle School 3-4 days a week. What do the teachers and staff ask us to get when there? The lake house. Please stop by and allow your senses to fall in love with this hidden gem. Let’s support small businesses like this that serve our community so well.“

“Store and food truck with excellent taco's and other Mexican food. Very tasty chorizo and I also ate carnitas taco. Others had what they said was a delicious carne asada taco. The quesadilla was perfect great cheese and cooked perfectly. Picnic table out front to eat on site.“

“This is one of the best taco stands in Lakeland, shoot might even be the best in Polk county. Me and my partner found this taco stand around 2 years ago and recently we’ve been going if not once or twice a week then every other week. They are absolutely amazing, always friendly, the tacos are brilliant. They recently put nachos on the menu and they are excellent!! We’ve gotten the chicken nachos and oh my gosh, just perfect. We used their house DJ who has a great personality and played great music. They had a looping video playing on a big drop-down projection screen.
