Starbucks in Lakeland

“I’ve visited numerous Starbucks locations across the nation and globe. The ambiance and service at this location is second to none. The music volume was perfect so as to be in the background, the chairs were comfortable, the area was clean, and the service was beyond reproach. Danny, who I later learned is the manager, brewed me a whole pot of dark roast just so I could try the newer roast they had available. He did so with no reservation or perceived aggravation at the request. Watching the team work this evening was a pleasure. All of them were accomplished and smooth at their tasks. No one looked stressed or in a rush; they just handled their task effortlessly. It truly was an enjoyable experience.“

“I visit this location very often. They are always friendly and have only made my order incorrectly twice out of a ridiculous amount of visits. While all staff are friendly, Brandon stands out as being very kind and efficient at the drive thru window.“

Padded bench style seating with plenty of power outlets along one wall with 7 tables you can work at. A few wooden tables and chairs in the center. Outdoor seats with umbrellas too. Iced coffee was burnt tasting. The bacon egg and gouda was alright. It was part of the $6 paring promotion. There is a shopping plaza behind the Starbucks. Taco Bell and Panda Express nearby. Best Buy too if you need charger, cables, etc.“

“I’ve always appreciated and had good experiences at this Starbucks. This is the closest location some of my family lives by so it’s been frequented by us.

They’re usually very on pace with everything, even though it manages to be pretty consistently busy like most Starbs stores. I usually have never had to wait long for my order, whether I ordered ahead or just at the register.

It’s the same consistent Starbucks products, so if you enjoy them you’ll like this location, if you’re not a fan don’t expect anything different or newly exciting.

The workers are typically pretty friendly as well. One time, I was a complete dummy and ordered ahead to the wrong location. I came in here and they didn’t have my order (duh, wrong place) so I asked them about it and they made me the drink and didn’t even charge me!

It’s a clean space that has good seating to do work or study, or sit outside on their mini patio. If there was one issue for me it’d just be the odd place they are in. The parking lot is not set up in a way that makes a ton of sense but that’s not really in their control.“

“This is by far my favorite Starbucks in the other. I love a little closer to two other locations, but I will always drive to the Harden store. Special thanks to Colby and Olivia that we’re working this afternoon and made THE BEST coffee! And provided the best service every time we go!!“

“There's not really a lot I can say about Starbucks. This location is conveniently next to a Five Guys. That allowed me to grab a coffee to go and walk over to Five Guys for a burger. I like a good coffee with my meals, so the juxtaposition of these two restaurants worked for me. Otherwise, this Starbucks looked clean inside, the seating area was inviting, the coffee was as expected, staff were pleasant.“

“I'm a bit of Starbucks newbie, been to a few in the past and wasn't overly impressed. I was recently gifted with a $50 card and figured I'd try it again.

I am a frequent customer of this location and the drinks while still overpriced, there are ways to save some money and get more value out of them.
They are always very friendly and accommodating here, never have an attitude, always going that extra mile.
The items I have been choosing have been very good and made exactly as I requested.

1 useful tip to save a little is get your own Starbucks size cup of your choice ( I purchased a Trenta flask ) and make sure in the customization on the app, choose your own cup. The savings is not much but they do also give you 25 star bonus points.“
