I’m not usually a review person but this last time was so nice, I ordered a grande and they made it into a venti, with a cute note saying name twins on the cup! I thought I accidentally ordered a venti (which I do often lol) but upon looking at my order later, realized it was just a nice gesture they did and I wish I said thank you in person!!“
