“Everything was amazing! We had the drop off menu for a wedding this past weekend in Boynton Beach. The Chef showed up and set up a nice spread. The food was more than enough and very delicious. Everyone commented on how much they enjoyed the dinner. We will definitely use them again for our next big gathering.“

“Wow. Laura Ashley Catering exceeded my expectations. Laura herself is kind and so interested in doing what you want on your special day. She was a partner to me in implementing sustainable solutions for my wedding day, changing direction when needed. The experience of working with Laura from first contact to the tasting, to the second tasting, to the day itself, was wonderful. My guests were so impressed by the food which was designed to fit our theme and was as visually impressive as it was delicious. She and her team allow themselves to be creative with you, so you are not in danger of doing anything generic and you get to customize your menu. The service was also top notch and several guests told me the bar was never backed up and the servers were all excellent. She personally had a selection of cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres brought to me so that I would get to try everything before starting the reception. You can't go wrong with Laura and her team! I am so glad I chose them.“

Kathryn calmly thought of everything ahead of me, and her planning and execution were incredible. The food was beyond amazing, served by absolutely delightful, courteous staff. Throughout the evening the guests commented to us that the food and service was the best they have ever experienced. I’ve even had calls since the wedding, saying just that! Don’t hesitate in using Chez Gourmet for your event. I’d give 10 stars if I could!!“

Cannot recommend her packages enough; she is flexible and will even change the package size to fit specific groups!“
“Starting from the beginning: Chef Michael made a great impression on the 1st phone call and I was immediately comfortable hiring him for my birthday party dinner for 14. He arrived with fantastic helpers who set up the table and guest area beautifully while he took over the kitchen. The food was superb and served in grand style. “Everything was perfect for our TooJay's lunch! The Brisket Latkes, the Pastrami Knishwich, Coleslaw, even the pickle were excellent! The portions were the perfect size, and well priced. I confess that we stuffed ourselves ?
Nina waited on us and was pleasant and informative, including pointing out all of the Specials (both in the restaurant and in the Deli/Bakery), which we truly appreciated, and discreetly checked on us multiple times to make sure our experience was their best.
Nina is The Best! She made sure that our bakery to go order was perfect and well packaged for our long drive home. We love TooJay's and will definitely dine here again when we are back in the area! Leftover Brisket Latke and Banana Dream Cake for dinner tonight!?❤️“

Thomas has been to our home for all 3 events and he is superb. I reviewed Executive One last Fall when we had a party at our home. That message is below.
