“The food was good, I can’t deny that. However when I called to place an order over the phone, the guy was really rude and hung up the phone before I could finish talking. Luckily for him I had children who were hungry and the place was nearby and open late. Otherwise I would have definitely spent my money elsewhere!!!“

“I had the pleasure of being served by Britney at Huey Magoo in Cooper City, and she absolutely MADE my visit. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She was attentive without being overbearing, anticipated what I needed before I asked, and made sure everything from my drink refill to the final check was perfect.

My order was handled quickly and accurately, and the food arrived piping hot and delicious. Britney even checked back mid‑meal to make sure everything was to my liking. Her positive energy really elevated the whole experience.

Thanks to Britney, Huey Magoo Cooper City went from “good” to “exceptional.” I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be specifically asking for her next time.

“I had a great experience tonight at this PDQ. In the past I've always had an ok experience with PDQ in general, but this time was different. The food was great and the service given to us by the gentleman who took our order, Calvin, was phenomenal. He was extremely attentive and friendly while taking our order, and when he wasn't taking orders he was checking on us and other guests as well as making sure the dining area was clean and neat. If he is not a manager PDQ is doing a disservice to their customers and should promote him. This was honestly some of the best fast food service I have received, right there with Chick Fil A.“

“Chick-fil-A has been one of my favourite fast food restaurants since 2006. The chick-n-minis were the first thing I ever tried and I was blown away, it's still my favourite thing they offer. If you ever get the chance to try their breakfast, I suggest trying it. Their chicken nuggets are the best available from any fast food restaurant because it's actually chicken. Waffle fries are exceptionally good. Polynesian sauce? I don't even know what it actually is but it's so damn good. The customer service at Chick-fil-A is the best there is, they're the first fast food restaurant I've ever seen send employees out to the drive-thru line to take orders in advance and if it's a hot day, offer lemonade while you wait (the lemonade is also fantastic as well). The employees are courteous and always upbeat, the interaction is always great. Now being able to order in advance, drive up and park, it makes it even more accessible.“

“Updated 01/04/24. I do hate to see great food /fast casual locations go down in service quality but here we are. It's been a while since I last visited and things have changed at chick-Fil-A, we ordered ahead as were aware lines get long, we arrived and sat in queue for approx 20 minutes and got our food. Now unfortunately we were missing key components of a successful lunch at Chick-fil-A. No straw for the strawberry shake, how can you miss a straw when it's in the name of the shake? Then no dipping sauce for the chicken strips or napkins to soak up the grease. Lastly both fries looked like someone snackd on them before we got them, about half the order of 2x mediums weres missing. Not at all like we are familiar with when eating here. Still the wife swears buy them so here we are and we're here to stay 🤷🏼‍♂️

Store cleanliness is great, always someone cleaning up.

This location is very busy at lunch and can take upwards of 10 minutes after ordering to get your food.“

“Food is really good. Sometimes a little cold or small quantity but good flavor. HOWEVER, they can't seem to get any of my orders right! Always missing something. Today, I checked to make sure the sides were all there and left happy that I wouldn't have to make another trip back. Well, my sandwich was a dry bun with no pickles. I give up. 7 visits and not one single order correct. All missing sides, and yesterday they gave me fries and forgot the chicken. Thankfully I was still in the parking lot. Eat there. Don't take anything to go. That's my advice. Easier to walk up to the counter to get what they forgot to give you than to drive back to get it. I will continue to eat there, the flavors are wonderful, I just wish I could get my orders right. It really is good food!“

“Been going to wings plus since I was a kid(37 now) lol. It all started at the sample road location after our high school football games for the marching band at Douglas high. Then I went to college in lake worth and visited that location basically daily. When I moved back to the Coral Springs/Margate area I went to this location. I will no longer go to any other wings plus location but this one. Elise is absolutely wonderful and always has my beer ready when I walk in the door(Blue Moon with an orange). Everyone that works there has been wonderful as well! The cooks are the best! Been coming to this location for 10 years now and the food is always amazing, the wings are the best out of all the locations and the service is fantastic. If you want to watch sports, talk with great folks at the bar and have a great time as well as great food and beer this is the spot!“

Me and my grandma walked in and was immediately welcomed into the establishment.
I ordered Fries, Chicken Tenders, A Green Apple Lemonade, And Magoo Sauce. On the other hand, my grandma ordered Fries, A Chicken Sandwich (With no pickles, in which they got rid of the pickles.) The chicken had flavor, was moist, crunchy, crispy, and greasy, and the crinkle-cut fries were soft and hot, the soda machine was working, and the Magoo sauce was phenomenal. Also, it was cheap. Not to mention, there was little to no trash on the floor. When I’m craving chicken, i’ll make sure to go to Huey Magoo’s! 🐔“

I expected it to be less modern and older-feel since it was a tenant space in a strip mall but walking in, I see it was completely renovated and featured touch-screen kiosks. I typically prefer human interactions, so the only reason this spot gets full marks from me is because of Renisha (I believe was her name, give her a raise!) welcomed customers and interacted with us in a way that was very accomdating. She also helped us when the kiosk didn't give us full options or was confusing. The food was really good — the churrasco was flavorful, the beans and rice hit the spot, and the yucca was crispy and cheesy in the best way. The only thing that stood out was the outside area, which could use more attention with cleaning. It doesn’t take away from how tasty the food is, but improving that would make the whole experience feel much better.“

Also service was way better, friendlier staff. Even the manager (I assume) was going table by table asking how everything was, which is unheard of for this type of restaurant. I like pollo tropical in general, but this was by far my best experience with them. The place was also clean and organized.“

“My supervisor told me about this brand of fried chicken. I went on a hunt for it. First stop, no Krispy Kruchy chicken brand not there any longer. ? Still on the hunt, found one closest to my house by accident next to Sedanos. I was greeted by the owner. She took my order prep/cooked my food for freshness. The chicken has a great flavor. Biscuit was moist and the honey made a difference for the sweetness. The also sell Caribbean dishes. Had a calaloo and sailfish empanada. ? The Krispy Kruchy chicken is what it says it is! I didn't get the owners name, but I told her she'd hear from me again! Great job! God Bless your business!

I remember eating at Pollo Tropical quiet often in the early 2000's because you could always get a fast, economical, and healthy meal. I especially love the curry sauce but through the years the grubbiness of the restaurants were a real turn off and I gradually stopped going.

Fast forward to today when I was with someone who wanted to eat here. I didn't have high hopes but in the interest of being agreeable I went along. Wow, I have to say I am impressed. The restaurant was spotless with an updated tropical color scheme. It looked clean and spacious. The tables weren't sticky and dirty which was always a problem before. Gone is the sloppy, messy sauce station. Instead you request your sauce and it is given portioned out in plastic cups.

The young lady who took our order was so nice. I got my usual chicken tropichop with yellow rice and the bowl was topped with perfectly grilled tender chunks of chicken. So good especially when drizzled with the curry sauce. I ate inside and it was very pleasant but you can get your food to go from the drive thru too. This was a really good lunch that didn't leave me feeling heavy, tired, and bloated after. This location of Pollo Tropical deserves accolades.“
