“I ordered my mixer on the app to see how fast it would take to get my desert. I went up to the front and i waited. Mario immediately asked if i needed help. I told him about my order and he immediately took care of it. These types of employees are keepers- self starters and take care of business. This guy can be a future leader.

Shane i see him hardworking, walking around cleaning, being proactive in ensuring tables are cleaned and ready for guests. He took our tray and even offered a to go box. He definitely was ensuring guests didnt need anything additional.

“First time visiting came in around 130. My child with special needs was hungry and I wasn't willing to drive further away from her upcoming appointment which was in 30 minutes. The place was clean, staff welcomed us upon entry, and greeted me quickly at the counter. The cashier was super nice l. Explained all food provided on the menu. Ordered and the food came out in less than 10 minutes. Which gave me time to get my kids to drink, pick a table grab crayons 🖍 and kids color paper sit down for maybe 2 minutes and she came with our meals. The food was hot and fresh. The manager working there was absolutely sweet and respectful and said she loves working for the company, which made me happy to know they are happy working there which means the food will come out great too. My kids dislike chic fil a so I was worried when I walked into PDQ BUT it ITS WAY BETTER than Chick-fil-A Fil a. The restaurant is welcoming, and there is a fun mural painted on the wall. The staff is friendly and welcoming. You can't go wrong going to Tijuana Flats.“

Libby is an employee of this Chick-fil-A and one of the sweetest people I have ever met. “Five stars isn’t enough. This was hands down the best Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had. First off, Jayonah was incredible, friendly, attentive, and just on point with everything. You could tell she genuinely cared and took pride in her work. She made us feel welcome from the second we walked in.

And the speed? Unreal. Bro, as soon as we tapped our card, not even 10 seconds later the food was coming out. I’ve never seen anything like it. Everything was hot, fresh, and perfect.

This location is doing everything right, and Jayonah is a big part of that. I really hope management sees this, because she absolutely deserves recognition, and definitely a promotion. She made a great impression, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of how smooth and exceptional the whole visit was. Im from brevard and I never seen this type of service.

The slower service during lunch hours is the product of an understandably high volume of customers, and I'd consider it worth the two or three extra minutes I usually wait for the food here. I wish I could comment on more of the menu, but I'm such a sucker for the truffle tots and the Firecracker Shrimp bao that I tend to find myself ordering the usual instead of trying out new options. There's a chicken bao that's really good too, and I remember one of the specials a little while back (not sure if they still have it), the Baja Avocado was bomb.“

“We are from ct and don’t have any steak and shakes where we’re from. We got our food delivered to our hotel and have never been before. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent and the shakes were also delicious. The delivery was great and very timely. We got our food and everything was delivered nicely not all thrown in the bag and sealed and the bag everything was in was even vacuum sealed labeled with our name.
