“We visited the mall and saw Piknik so decided to give it a try. The Turkey sandwich was the best! The bread was freshly baked and had an awesome crust. Just the right amount and combination of ingredients. So fresh and the tomatoes were delicious. Can’t wait to try their other food and baked goods. We will definitely be back.“

If you park per google address, walk up to the doors #5000 and walk through the building corridor, you’ll come out into the courtyard which is delightful, quiet, peaceful and shaded sunny under the gorgeous trees with outdoor tables. “Placed my order through door dash (worst mistake I ever made) they brought wrong order while the correct order was already made. I called and spoke with the owner who went above and beyond to make sure his customer was happy. He went out of his way to bring me the correct order, this made my day and I was so grateful! I was on my lunch break at work and didn't have the time to go there and pick it up. So thank you again!!! The food has been awesome as well. Cuban, chef salad and potato salad. “The staff here makes this place top notch in my book. We had an honest mistake with our order (Chipotle chicken rather than cheesesteak). They went above and beyond to correct it, letting us keep the wrong item, making the proper item, AND returning the purchase price of that item! All this while dealing with a major maintenance issue in their building. They can count on us to be regular customers from this point forward for sure!“

“So the question is, how does a beat up sub shop in a ratty little shopping center rate 4 stars? Consistency. I've only ever seen one old dude behind the counter, but he is consistently friendly, helpful, and only too happy to handle your special orders. The food is consistently good, served hot off the grill. The ambiance is consistently just a beat up old sub shop, with battered tabletops, some torn chairs, and a few sub shop posters for decorations, but no one is coming here for the art. If you want good food, this is a place to find it.“

“Just very concerned/confused how you give away an order to someone with the wrong name…Came in to pick up my mobile order and the “manager” says “oh we gave it away to a DoorDash order”. ? I mean no apologies, nothing! If you’re gonna fail to read the order what’s the point! I ordered ahead for a reason and still ended up waiting an extra 15 mins so they can remake my order that they gave away. Moral of the story, service (besides the manager who respectfully doesn’t need to be one) was decent. I’m extremely disappointed, won’t be back though?“

I wasn’t going to include this but I think that I should be honest so that the situation is fixed so you guys can keep an array of happy customers. “Subways makes a fantastic meatball sub. I usually get a turkey and Swiss, which is excellent, but the other day, I decided to try something different and I was not disappointed. The young man behind the counter, Rey, was courteous and made my husband and I laugh. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food purchased, so I have nothing but high praise for this location.“
