We also tried Mr. Rice Guy which didn’t quite give the oomph we were looking forward to. Drunken Belly was pretty decent (a few pieces were a tad too fatty to fully enjoy). We’d 100% go back for the atmosphere and aesthetics alone. Service was phenomenal and the vibes were super chill.“

“I went in for a a couple of drinks with a friend to celebrate my birthday. Had a Mezcal Mule and I highly recommend it. The vibes are great here and the staff is great as well. “Great local spot perfect for starting your night out! They offer relatively affordable drinks, and the bartenders are pretty cool. There's a pool table that you don't have to pay for, darts, and lots of comfortable places to sit. Outside is a chill vibe as well, with several seats and tables out front - I've been there 3 times, and it's never been super crowded. Parking can be a challenge at times, but there are lots nearby to park at. I recommend starting out here if you're bar hopping and then walking to the mills (about a 5 minute walk, and you'll pass several bars along the way)“

“We went to TORI TORI for the first time last weekend. The food and drinks were amazing, but I can’t give the restaurant more than 4 stars. The way the place works is a bit different: you find your own seat, then go to the bar to order both your food and drinks. After that, you can either stay at the bar or go back to your table. We tried the blue crab dip, crab croquette, crab rice, scallop crudo, beef skewers, tomato skewers, scallion and cheese pepper skewers ~ all of them were delicious. The drinks were also really good. They have food runners who bring the food to you, but you still have to go order everything yourself at the bar. The mix of self-service and table service was interesting, but I didn’t love having to wait in line to order and still being expected to tip over 20% (which we did). The bartenders (ours was Thanathep) were very busy, which made sense since it was a Sunday night. I really enjoyed the food and drinks, but because of the service style, I’d give it 4 stars.“

“A fantastic night (birthdays for my twins who just turned 21 and were having their first legal dinner libation at Kres). What a great vibe inside the restaurant - high end city but extremely cozy. It was really a special night - service from front door to server was great, food was on point - with most of my fam getting the Wellington, while I got the 8oz Filet with wild mushrooms. An excellent calamari starter and a couple of their excellent specialty drinks.. By the way.. the IntoTheWoods old fashion was superb. Neighboring tables even commented how nice it smelled (arrived with a bit of trapped smoke) and along with the bourbon and cinnamon, was one of the best I've had. The icing on the cake was the birthday deserts for my birthday girls - each superb. I've been looking for a great central florida chophouse - and we all agreed, it was better than any we've been to yet. Return visits are a definite.“

I havent had authentic Mexican food in Orlando since I lived in Southern California 13 years ago. The only drawback was the lighting. It was way too bright. We almost wanted to put on our Sunglasses but didn't want to be rude to such kind staff members. Please consider dimming your lighting. It is a great place though, nicely remodeled and great accents and pretty dinnerware. We have ordered food over 25 times and it is always excellent!“

This is must-do while bar-hopping around Lake Eola, but it is definitely a worthy destination all by itself! A great place to waste away (?!) an evening (and an almost-equal experience and a LOT easier to get to than the more-famous Trader Sam's inside Disney's Polynesian Resort).
