“I convinced my boyfriend to go out of the way to try Cupcabana because I love açaí with condensed milk and I find it hard to find locations that carry it as a topping. I’m so glad I was able to convince him to come here rather than a regular playa bowls because the açaí was genuinely amazing! Incredibly smooth and not icy. Layered beautifully in a cup the way I was hoping it would be. On top of that the service was fast, very kind and very welcoming. I also want to mention we ordered take out, and would you believe the to-go bags are insulated to keep your açaí cold? You could genuinely tell that everything even down to the to-go bag was high quality. We will definitely be coming back.“

“This place is inside Bloomingdale’s. We wanted frozen yogurt but menu doesn’t really explain how to order or what you get. That was a little confusing.But when we got the small cup of yogurt it was one of the most delicious things I have had. They put the fixings at the bottom and throughout the cup. “I came in this morning around 8:30 ish for the first time ever, and I just felt compelled to let someone know about my experience since I’ve been thinking about it all day. From the moment I walked into Planet Smoothie, I was greeted by a young woman, I asked for her name at the end of our conversation she said her named is Arianna. She made me feel so welcome. We chatted a bit at the end of ordering, and I must say, it truly brightened my morning to have someone take such genuine interest in my morning. I am partially blind in one eye, so seeing the menu clearly can be a bit of a challenge. Arianna was incredibly patient and thoughtful she walked me through the menu item by item and never once made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Since it was my first visit, I wasn’t quite sure what to order. I knew I wanted something with plenty of protein and antioxidants, and she recommended the lean green extreme. I wanted to add more to my drink and she even made sure to let me know about additional charges if I were to add, which I truly appreciated since most restaurants don’t mention up charges and I’m surprised by the area you pay at. The smoothie was absolutely delicious, but the service was what really stood out to me. Arianna went above and beyond, and it made my first experience a wonderful one.“

“Wow I stopped off of 417 to go to Starbucks but I saw this place first stopped in and it was so glad I did coffee was great and the sandwich was epic. This is probably the closest thing to a European coffee shop don't do anything in this world stop going to Starbucks and start going to this place coffee is so good add a white mocha and a ham sandwich for like 13 bucks and in reality it probably should have been worth 35 bucks at the train corporate horrible restaurants !!
