“First time trying this place out after passing by it multiple times and it was beyond my expectations. We went during happy hours and got two bottles of chardonnay and a shrooms pizza and some type of charcuterie board. “The food was amazing, I will not go in depth as my friend provided a detailed everything we ate as a review. I hope the food can have a bit more authenticity of Spain specially the octopus we ordered. But the other dishes were very good and hopefully will come back again if they upscale the tapas tastings“

“Amazing dining experience! Every single member of the staff was attentive and beyond helpful. The food, as always was outstanding (try their $38 3 course tasting menu for a little bit of everything). HUGE shout out to Dylan at reception, I accidentally messed up my reservation and he went above and beyond to accommodate our party. 11 out of 10, Orlando staple.“

“We had the chef's special; lamb with garlic mashed potatoes n asparagus. It was slow to come out but our server apologized n said a fan was out in the kitchen. It wax our anniversary and we were offered complimentary champagne or dessert. Delectable!“

“Wonderful food, as usual. The sea bass was outstanding! As was the beef bourguignon. The special Halloween cheese board was a real treat!! Dining upstairs on the terrace is just a lovely experience, and the service is warm and accommodating. Still one of our all-time favorite restaurants in Orlando. We live in Europe now, but we always make a special trip to Bites & Bubbles.“

“I go to Spill about twice a month. Once for great music and the other for fun trivia. I have to say that the two young woman who are always there are phenomenal! I don’t know if other customers notice how hard they work all night , but I do and I commend them. Always a smile , sweet and polite, fast with service! I really don’t know how they keep up, but they do , perfectly. To the owner, you’ve got two gems working for you.“
“Good food good attention,I spent four days in the hotel and the people who works there during the breakfast they make me feel great every morning thank Gabby and the Lady in the kitchen who cook my food perfectly thanks to the people who work during the night they are profesional and give excelent service I ate the best hamburger of my life in Bite Bistró Thanks again I will come back soon!“

( I heard them talking to an older regular customer there while we were eating , they were so kind & compassionate with him ❤️🩹 We Enjoyed talking with Diego as well, he was great !
