“What can I say, I’ve been here quite a few times. Today was my favorite time ever being here actually. I decided to let whatever server I got, choose everything I ate. And Aurora did not disappoint. I asked her about seafood and she told me why the lobster tacos might be the way to go. She talked about flavor balancing between different menu items and tried to explain to me all the showcasing of the different seafood and how it worked for flavor profiles. I asked her about side dishes to go with it. She told me all the standard side dishes and she saw that I was not over excited by any of the offerings and she suggested maybe the premium truffle ranch potatoes might be what I’m looking for. She was not wrong on any of it. Lobster was cooked to perfection and all of the items placed on that taco belong there. She was right the balance was there. I was surprised when I got the fries. I thought it was going to be drenched and something, but it wasn’t. But I tasted the truffle and the ranch and the sauce and the side was perfect next to those crispy fries. I did not want to jinx myself so I had her decide my dessert unknown to her what I was doing. She chose the pistachio bread pudding. Not something I would ever get. It was delicious. I’m not going to lie. My only complaint is it needs more ice cream because it is so decadent and rich. Just get an extra side dish of more ice cream, you’ll thank me. Aurora you are a great server and I hope RusTeak knows it. Thank you for making tonight epic for me. I am stuffed and happy.“

“Popo’s is tucked away in an area that you’d never look in, don’t let that scare you away. It is a wonderful little place that is roomy inside with plenty of seating inside and outside. Food is fantastic and at a great price. The wait staff is top notch; very attentive and friendly. You just don’t find that anymore.“

“The cedar plank salmons was amazing. My only complaint is I reserved a table stating it was a special Birthday celebration. There was no recognition of that Birthday for my husband. Usually there is at least a Birthday card placed on the table and some times a dessert with a candle. So that was disappointing. it was his actual birth date too. I did mention to the waiter it was his Birthday in passing as well. Otherwise the dinner and service was amazing.“

“From the moment we walked through the doors, our experience was absolutely exceptional. We were immediately welcomed with warm smiles from the host staff, who made us feel genuinely appreciated from the start. As we were escorted to our table, we noticed a thoughtful anniversary card along with heart confetti waiting for us. Those personal touches truly made the evening unforgettable. Our corner round table was perfect, and the ambiance was everything we hoped for — elegant lighting, beautiful music, and a romantic, relaxing atmosphere. Our server, Brad, was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and incredibly kind throughout the entire evening. Brad never once made me feel rushed while ordering one course at a time, and that level of understanding and care meant so much to me. I will absolutely be requesting Brad every time we return. We started the evening with drinks and appetizers, and everything was amazing from the very beginning. Now, the entrées — WOW. My husband ordered the 14 oz New York Strip, and I had the 10 oz Filet Oscar Style. We shared the Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes, and every single bite was outstanding. The lump crab on my filet was unbelievably fresh, rich, creamy, and buttery — honestly one of the best preparations I've ever had. This dinner was more than just a meal — it was an experience. “We dined here for our anniversary dinner and were pleasantly impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. It wasn’t formal as they are at Del Frisco’s but they let you know they were there. Even the managing partner, Philip and the manager, Jeff introduced themselves. We had the price fixe Land and Sea and opted for a tomahawk ribeye which was done as I prefer with little seasoning and salt. The mushroom bisque soup was flavorful. Our waitress, Dana was attentive and professional. I would definitely come back because Del Frisco’s will probably cost us twice as much.“

THE BAR is outstanding. Great selection of beers, both the big name brands and some delicious local breweries. In the same high level are the cocktails, very creative and phenomenal taste.
Our favorites were the CORE DENSITY and the GRS. The staff is also very friendly. 10/10 experience.

THEL GRILL is great as well. You can order straight from the pool, via a QRCode, and pick up at a side window (the app wasn't updating correctly when I was there, but the Hotel had just opened, so perhaps they will have fixed it by the time you read this) either way, check with them if you think your food should already be done. I highly recommend the HUMMUS & PITA.
It's a great choice if you’re relaxing by the pool, or on their outside tables.

“Phenomenal drinks at Bar Moonshine! We got the sherbet lemon and lobe blaster. The lobe blaster is easily the best drink we had at epic across several days. It is pretty strong so you should be responsible in how many you get. The sherbet lemon was a solid drink, though the lavender was surprisingly strong and as someone indifferent about lavender it was a bit overwhelming - but that’s on me for ordering that drink as it is clear in the description that that’s the case. Service was speedy but they still made sure every question was answered while staying in character. We will definitely be back for a lobe blaster on our next visit to Epic.“
