“Renata and Francesco are the most hospitable and kind people you will ever meet in the restaurant industry! My friend and I failed to check to see if they were open last week on a Wednesday night and when we arrived, we discovered that they were closed for private party. Instead of turning around and getting back in our Uber, we were welcomed with open arms by both Francesco and Renata. We became part of the family for the evening. They offered us to join in their celebration, sharing their food, the excitement of their evening... and we left with hugs and kisses. I've never experienced anything like it. I will be back. “What can I say, I’ve been here quite a few times. Today was my favorite time ever being here actually. I decided to let whatever server I got, choose everything I ate. And Aurora did not disappoint. I asked her about seafood and she told me why the lobster tacos might be the way to go. She talked about flavor balancing between different menu items and tried to explain to me all the showcasing of the different seafood and how it worked for flavor profiles. I asked her about side dishes to go with it. She told me all the standard side dishes and she saw that I was not over excited by any of the offerings and she suggested maybe the premium truffle ranch potatoes might be what I’m looking for. She was not wrong on any of it. Lobster was cooked to perfection and all of the items placed on that taco belong there. She was right the balance was there. I was surprised when I got the fries. I thought it was going to be drenched and something, but it wasn’t. But I tasted the truffle and the ranch and the sauce and the side was perfect next to those crispy fries. I did not want to jinx myself so I had her decide my dessert unknown to her what I was doing. She chose the pistachio bread pudding. Not something I would ever get. It was delicious. I’m not going to lie. My only complaint is it needs more ice cream because it is so decadent and rich. Just get an extra side dish of more ice cream, you’ll thank me. Aurora you are a great server and I hope RusTeak knows it. Thank you for making tonight epic for me. I am stuffed and happy.“

“Popo’s is tucked away in an area that you’d never look in, don’t let that scare you away. It is a wonderful little place that is roomy inside with plenty of seating inside and outside. Food is fantastic and at a great price. The wait staff is top notch; very attentive and friendly. You just don’t find that anymore.“

“We dined here for our anniversary dinner and were pleasantly impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. It wasn’t formal as they are at Del Frisco’s but they let you know they were there. Even the managing partner, Philip and the manager, Jeff introduced themselves. We had the price fixe Land and Sea and opted for a tomahawk ribeye which was done as I prefer with little seasoning and salt. The mushroom bisque soup was flavorful. Our waitress, Dana was attentive and professional. I would definitely come back because Del Frisco’s will probably cost us twice as much.“

THE BAR is outstanding. Great selection of beers, both the big name brands and some delicious local breweries. In the same high level are the cocktails, very creative and phenomenal taste.
Our favorites were the CORE DENSITY and the GRS. The staff is also very friendly. 10/10 experience.

THEL GRILL is great as well. You can order straight from the pool, via a QRCode, and pick up at a side window (the app wasn't updating correctly when I was there, but the Hotel had just opened, so perhaps they will have fixed it by the time you read this) either way, check with them if you think your food should already be done. I highly recommend the HUMMUS & PITA.
It's a great choice if you’re relaxing by the pool, or on their outside tables.
