“We came here for the first time and it was a very good experience. This restaurant was built in the Collier's House. The design is modern and welcoming, the staff very nice and courteous. The food was delicious. Marissa was our bartender. She was great too. I suggest live music, piano or piano ensemble would be great for the ambience since there isn't any like that in the island. We're coming back next week. Congratulations!“

“Im not from Florida, just Illinois. Everytime I fly in Ft Myers, we go straight to Michelbob's. My family ordered pulled pork but I tried roast beef. My mind blown. Roast beef/BBQ sauce was out of world. I was having hard time to convince others to order roast beef but they love pulled pork and ribs better. Give a roast beef a try. Its NOT like crummy processed (Arby's) beef at all.“

“An awesome spot for breakfast after a morning walk on the beach. Cheery counter staff. Meticulously clean dining area for a beach cafe. Chairs and tables are ample with plenty of shade from the morning sun. Breakfast is fun to have here, but stay away from the scrambled eggs (not sure they are eggs). Others had fried eggs in our group and they were reported to be great. Pancakes are the go to meal here.“

“Every time my family and I visit Maia on Marco Island, it feels like coming home, and that’s entirely thanks to two incredible people: Dolly and Vishal.

Dolly has been our waitress on many visits, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. She’s warm, kind, attentive, and always makes us feel like we’re more than just guests, it’s like we’re part of the Maia family. She remembers the little things, checks in at just the right moments, and always greets us with a genuine smile. You can tell she truly cares about making every meal special. It’s rare to find someone who makes service feel so effortless, and Dolly does it every single time.

And then there’s Vishal, the manager, who leads by example and sets the tone for the entire restaurant. He always goes out of his way to stop by our table, ask how we’re doing, and make sure everything is just right. You can tell how much pride he takes in the restaurant and in making sure every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. It’s that kind of hands-on, heartfelt management that really makes a difference.

The two of them together, Dolly with her incredible warmth and service, and Vishal with his leadership and care. This is a significant reason why we keep coming back. They make every visit memorable, and it’s clear they both go above and beyond not because they have to, but because they genuinely want to.
