“The restaurant was lovely decorated and we were warmly greeted by the host. Although we had reservations we were told we may chose wherever we wanted to sit. The waitress was a pleasure and the food was delicious. We had lump crab/shrimp cocktail, caprese salad and fillets with mushrooms. The whole night was perfect and we even caught the sunset. A bit pricey but worth the experience.“

“Ok, why are you not eating here right now. We have been to South Seas and Harborside many times in the past. This place has changed so much since we’ve been here last. Harborside is amazing. We are accustomed to really good Italian food in the NYC area and dare I say this place compares. Pasta great, seafood great, steak great. Drinks were good too. Don’t forget dessert; the homemade tiramisu was light and a delicious way to end the meal (see photo below for the end result).
Shoutout to our amazing servers Knox and Kimberly. This crew was acres.
While some people may think the food is expensive, the price matched the value. Don’t skip this place.“

“The Thanksgiving buffet was absolutely the best! Delicious turkey, prime rib, ham, and all the amazing sides. Every employee who worked that day gave their all, creating a warm, festive atmosphere and making sure everyone felt cared for! Their dedication turned a holiday meal into an unforgettable celebration. We will definitely go back!!!“

“The servers we had last night at Froggy’s were amazing! We showed up on a busy Friday night with a party of 16, no open tables and they opened the patio for us. We had Tiffany and Audi as our servers and I’ve never had such attentive and fast service. Our party even grew 9 additional people and nothing slowed our service. We tried 5 pizzas-each one was awesome. Everything we ate came out quickly and was delicious. Bonus—the live music for the evening was rocking! Highly recommend!“

“Huge shoutout to the KIND and HONEST TEAM at Doc Fords in Sanibel! 🙌 We’ve been going there for many years and their food is always delicious-one of our favorite spots for a reason. We had dinner there Sunday and a couple of days later I realized my wallet was missing. I called in hoping for the best, and to my surprise (and relief!) they had it safe and sound- with EVERYTHING still inside! So very grateful for people who do the right thing. “This Cafe was so good that we visited it twice during our week on Sanibel Island! The breakfasts were delicious, and the lunch menus were, too! (Breakfast is available all day…to 2 pm!) Everyone from the servers to the cooks to the checkout people were super-friendly. The servings are generous and the tables are unique objects of art, having designs of shells under glass. I also picked up a beautiful handmade pottery mug from a resident artist at the checkout!“

“Coconuts is back and so good! We have been coming to Casa Ybel for over 25 years. We were so glad to have Coconuts back after the hurricane. The drinks, food and service were great! We loved how they now come around to you at the pool to see if you’d like any food or drink-very convenient! And so nice that they deliver right to you by the pool!“

“Wow! Had never been until last night, although we frequently visit Sanibel. Can’t say enough about the quality of the food. My new all time favorite. A salad with tomatoes, watermelon, mozzarella, roasted pumpkin seed and a great dressing. Smoked tenderloin was a unique and fantastic dish.“

“IZZY! One of the best bartenders we’ve ever had - a pleasure to be with. Service - FANTASTIC. Conversation - like a FRIEND. Food was wonderful, best on the island. We had the best time at trivia and came back again. Also, a beautifully decorated restaurant and a wonderful view. Thank you IZZY, we probably would’ve come back for just the amazing food and cocktails but you definitely made it an easy decision with the amazing customer service and experience - not just another meal on vacation. Thank you!“
