“We sat at the bar for 5 minutes before the bar tender, Chasity, even walked by us. She didn't even acknowledge us so my husband waved and said we were new to get some kind of acknowledgement, which she ignored. Once she decided to greet us, she said she was only one person and was very short.
Food was good, but our experience with her ruined our meal. We dine out quite a lot and have never had such a rude server. I hope staff is trained on how customer service should be handled.“

“Stayed at South Seas and visited this place for dinner with my family. I had the bolognese pasta and it was delicious. The staff was attentive and very welcoming. Our waitress was Latravia and she was one of the best waitresses we've had in a long time!“

“COCONUTS IS BACK!!! They rebuilt alongside the Thistle Lodge restaurant. You can access it via the Casa Ybel resort pool deck or thru the Thistle main entrance. Same great blended drinks and ocean front beach vibes. Full lunch menu too. We are so happy they are back open!“

“We will absolutely be back! Our ride was perfect, & cool in the shade of the Tiki Bar with a great breeze. Nick played great music & made sure we paused to see some dolphins. He took us to a great restaurant along the water & made sure we had everything for our ride. You should absolutely experience this if you’re in the area!“

“Huge shoutout to the KIND and HONEST TEAM at Doc Fords in Sanibel! 🙌 We’ve been going there for many years and their food is always delicious-one of our favorite spots for a reason. We had dinner there Sunday and a couple of days later I realized my wallet was missing. I called in hoping for the best, and to my surprise (and relief!) they had it safe and sound- with EVERYTHING still inside! So very grateful for people who do the right thing. “The servers we had last night at Froggy’s were amazing! We showed up on a busy Friday night with a party of 16, no open tables and they opened the patio for us. We had Tiffany and Audi as our servers and I’ve never had such attentive and fast service. Our party even grew 9 additional people and nothing slowed our service. We tried 5 pizzas-each one was awesome. Everything we ate came out quickly and was delicious. Bonus—the live music for the evening was rocking! Highly recommend!“
