“IZZY! One of the best bartenders we’ve ever had - a pleasure to be with. Service - FANTASTIC. Conversation - like a FRIEND. Food was wonderful, best on the island. We had the best time at trivia and came back again. Also, a beautifully decorated restaurant and a wonderful view. Thank you IZZY, we probably would’ve come back for just the amazing food and cocktails but you definitely made it an easy decision with the amazing customer service and experience - not just another meal on vacation. “Ok, why are you not eating here right now. We have been to South Seas and Harborside many times in the past. This place has changed so much since we’ve been here last. Harborside is amazing. We are accustomed to really good Italian food in the NYC area and dare I say this place compares. Pasta great, seafood great, steak great. Drinks were good too. Don’t forget dessert; the homemade tiramisu was light and a delicious way to end the meal (see photo below for the end result).

Shoutout to our amazing servers Knox and Kimberly. This crew was acres.

“Excellent food. Excellent service. Unique atmosphere. I got the grouper topped with some “mud bugs” and my wife got stuffed shrimp. Both were fantastic. This restaurant is a must during your visit to Sanibel.“

“What a fun little spot this is! The bartenders were friendly and fast, the atmosphere was somehow both high energy and beach chill, and the drinks were tasty. If you like piña colada, give their signature Lime and Coconut a try. The Stromboli was excellent but minus one star on food bc the kitchen ignored the no onions request on my ticket. I did have to walk through the hotel to reach this bar but not sure if that was just me being inefficient or if that’s the only way in.“

“Well for starters the escargot, raw oysters, and oysters Rockefeller were out of this world. Both the red and white clam chowder were like perfection in a bowl. My entrée was the baked stuffed shrimp and hands down AMAZING. Our waitress was YO and she knew everything about the history of the restaurant to the menu. I was very interested in the collection of oyster shells on the walls and she explained that as well. TEN STARS !!! I recommend to anyone who loves fresh seafood and visits Sanibel Island.“
