“321 Ice Cream is incredible. We had a 4 day event serving their ice cream to over 1400 of our employees. They came with an awesome case, that gave the atmosphere of being in an ice cream shop. The ice cream was great, and they offered sugar free and dairy free options so everyone could participate. (And there were a TON of toppings). The staff serving the event was professional, yet fun. They were all in uniform including huge smiles, and they kept the area spotless. They interacted with our staff, and the POSITIVE feedback we received from our employees was fantastic. Will DEFINITELY recommend them and use them again when we have another function like this.“

“We went a few weeks ago with family and got a pie as well as cookies and a cheesecake. It was all so amazing and the flavors and delicious. When you first get then the cookies are soft and warm, plus the chocolate chip had salt on top which adds so much!“

“It’s all I expected in an upscale ice cream shop in an upscale shopping area. Great ice cream (loved the Founders flavor) and the vanilla was classic and delish! Sure it’s a bit pricy, but it’s still awesome! Very nice staff.

“It's a family friendly place . The food is amazing and Brielle are waitress was friendly and has a great sense of humor. I had my wife looking for a pine float on the menu and she couldn't find it so I got up and got a toothpick. Then she got to enjoy her first pine float . We spoke with Mrs. Jane who works here and has been at many of the friendly's locations. She is one of the nicest lady's we spoke to all day . And one other thing this place is 1000 time's better than steak & shake . They don't have waitresses and you have to order your food from some stupid kiosk machines. So in all it's a two thumbs up for friendly's . From my Wife and I . Happy wife happy life . Anyway they have amazing deserts to.“
