I ordered during dinner rush so I understood it was an honest mistake. I drove back and explained what happened to the guys. They genuinely felt bad and were really apologetic. They remade our sandwiches right away. They were super sweet and made things right. I order food from this location often and never have I had a bad experience. Even when mistakes happen (we are all human and make mistakes) they always make things right. The employees are awesome, the food is good and we will certainly continue our patronage.“
